History

Established in 1987.

We started out consulting for small businesses, when they needed a advocate with carrier or equipment vendor issues. A typical customer was «We need a new system, get this @#$%& out of here.»

Usually there was no problem with the equipment but rather how the system had been programmed /​installed, or represented to them in the first place. We corrected the problems, and had many happy customers. That grew into the full service company we are today. In short we are more interested in fixing the problem than afixing the blame.
