History
Established in 2005.
My career as an Apple Technical Support Professional began just 4 years after selling my lighting and production business that I built for 25 years. Although these 2 fields may seem to be quite different, my beliefs about technology are at the center of both; that computers can be used to empower the individual. Additionally, in groups technology has the potential to increase productivity through collaboration.
I currently hold Apple support certification for 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6 as well as being a member of the Apple Consultants Network.
