Healing the planet begins with healing yourself. As a Certified Massage Practitioner and life-​long practitioner of vitality cultivating arts, I offer a unique composition of various energy and body working modalities collectively known as EmbodiedAlchemy. Embodied Alchemy is the art of internal and personal transmutation and energetic attunement. Implementing Qi Gong, Cranial Sacral Balancing, Vibrational Massage Therapy and Chakral Clearing with the more traditional elements of Swedish and Therapeutic Sports Massage, an Embodied Alchemy session offers you a blissful, grounding and revitalizing experience that honors your body as your most sacred space.

I am dedicated to enhancing life by activating the inherent self– healing properties and passionate callings within each of us. I believe that this unfolding can best be supported and expressed through the cultivation of bodily and subtle energy awareness in service to our own healing processes. From places of greater wholeness we are more able to access our passions and fully serve with and from them.

Tiffany Foo, CMP, has been practicing massage and various other healing modalities since 2004. With her background in qi gong and internal martial arts, she has integrated her personal practices and the modalities of reiki, thai massage and alchemy into a comprehensive, revitalizing and potent bodywork offering. She is committed to «living the

difference» by working towards her own and other’s personal embodied unfolding and activation. Her mission is to enhance life by activating the inherent self– healing properties and passion within each of us. She believes that this unfolding can best be expressed and experienced through the cultivation of bodily and subtle energy awareness in service to one’s own healing process.
