History
Established in 1999.
Mother McDowell’s Sugar Free Bakery came alive because of the tragic deaths of my mother and only son.
I grew up in the food industry, my mother had two restaurants and my father was an executive chef for 44 years with Amtrak. From them I learned the essentials of making good food for everybody.
After the sudden and tragic loss of my mother and son, I went into a deep depression. My father pulled me out and turned me back onto cooking. Now I am dedicated to turning Mother McDowell’s into a bakery for young, old, and spreading happiness and joy across the world.
