TERRIBLE service and attitude — absolutely awful customer service. Called to confirm if they had a couple of bridesmaids dresses in stock and a lady with an accent rudely answered and told her she’d call me back. I had to ask her whether or not she had my information (since I never gave my name or my phone number when she answered) and she said «Yes» and hung up. First of all, even IF she did call me back (which she incidentally never has) I would never go to this store. I can only imagine the fitting experience…
I found the same dresses in stock in Sunnyvale at Brides of California where the gal on the phone promptly looked up the dresses in the system, took down my name and number, and confirmed that the dresses were still on the racks before I made my way down. Customer service is going to be the difference between businesses that make it and those that don’t in this economy!
