Business Owner

I am a licensed Psychologist practicing Individual Psychotherapy, Couples Therapy & Hypnotherapy. I am also a Certified Health Psychologist. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 20 years. I have a general Psychotherapy practice with adults, and my approach to therapy is to help my clients with the current life issues that they are having, while helping them explore how early life experiences may have contributed to the patterns of how they feel, think, and interact with others. One of my primary areas of specialization is in Relationship and Marital Therapy. In addition, I have a Certificate in Health Psychology, and I specialize in treating individuals with a variety of health conditions and chronic illnesses. I have been trained in Hypnosis, and I use this technique to treat a variety of Psychological symptoms and to help reduce distressing habits. Lastly, I have taught Psychology courses on a number of subjects, most recently through U.C. Berkeley Extension.
