The Trager Approach combines gentle bodywork and movement education to free the body of physical restrictions and to bring a feeling of ease. You will find it easy to relax as the practitioner supports, stretches and gently rocks with your body’s natural rhythms. Trager is helpful for reducing stress, releasing long-held patterns of tension in the body and relieving pain.
Trager is recommended for conditions like chronic pain and arthritis, as well as common complaints like stress, neck and back pain and sports-related soreness. During your Trager session, you will learn movements that you can use to experience the benefits of Trager at home.

Established in 2013.
Phoebe Weiss studied the Trager Approach with the greats: Gail Stewart, Denis LaFontaine, Roger Tolle and Deane Juhan.

Business Owner
Phoebe Weiss is a second-generation Trager practitioner. Her mother studied with Dr. Milton Trager in the 1980’s, so she began receiving Trager sessions as a child. She was drawn to study the Trager Approach after chronic neck and shoulder pain prevented her from working at a computer. Incorporating Trager movement education into her daily life has improved her pain and changed her relationship with her body.
