Frances is fantastic. I have spoken to her many times for advice on my printers and she is always super knowledgeable and helpful. I’m always amazed at how she knows what I’m talking about no matter which printer I call her about. And she’s never trying to sell me on something I don’t need. Her service it tops.

Frances is awesome. She is a wizard and amazing. I can not sing her praises often enough. She is great at problem solving. She just helped me get a printer back on line. I have been using Frances for years. She provides the best service around. I highly highly recommend her. I have used her for service, supplies and have purchased printers through her. Great service, and so very friendly, and has a magic ability to solve problems that seem so complicated to me.

I have been living with a faulty printer that jammed with every page for a while. What a pain that was. I did not know that it could be fixed I did not want to spend the money on a new printer and figured I would have to live with this… until I found Frances. She ordered the part and was at my home office the next morning. Fixed it in no time at all and its working beautifully like new. A new equivalent printer would cost $ 450 – 550 and with the minimal change of the part and her service call it is working like magic.
Plus she is absolutely delightful!
I would recommend her to anyone who has printer issues.

parts and was here the next AM.
spent 1 hour on the machine and all was back to normal.

Frances rocks! She is good and reasonable. This is my first review for anyone ever because I think I need to take time out to recommend her work to people who need to have their printers fixed.

We had an error message on our HP Color LaserJet. When I looked up the online manual, it was supposed to be a simple fix. I tried to follow the steps but couldn’t quite complete the steps. I called Printer Concepts and Danielle answered the phone. She looked it up on her end, and gave me some pointers. I was able to fix the problem after following her advice. YEAH! And I’m not even usually a mechanical person. Thanks, Danielle. Thanks, Printer Concepts. We’ll keep you for future reference, for sure.

Found them on Unilocal,had 2 printers with problems. They explained that each would be a full charge, but hey, nobody else was willing to look at both. Came to my house, cleaned and ordered me parts on one, actually told me to take the other back instead of paying them to fix it and they waived the service fee for the second one that I returned! Parts came in and they called me right away. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I don’t give out too many 5-​star reviews but happy to do it here.

Have printer, copier, fax, repair needs? This is the place you want to bring your business! I had a Brother laser printer that would munch the paper as it printed. My philosophy is one of repairing electronic products, rather than adding to the landfill. Francine, Printerconcepts owner, came to my office just to diagnose the problem. In the end, the darn thing couldn’t really be repaired, she even offered to take it to recycle for me!
She offers refurbished laser and ink jet printers, as well as new equipment. She couldn’t be any kinder, friendlier or more fair in her business practices.
I know where I’ll be purchasing my next printer from.

Frances was extremely helpful in identifying the problem with my Brother all-​in-​one color laser printer. She provided practical advice and onsite service. Her professionalism and competence were evident through every interaction with her. I will definitely use her services again in the future.

I can’t recommend this service enough.
On time, kept to the original charge estimate (very reasonable), gave me extra information for further, anticipated difficulties, didn’t mind my observing how to fix the problem should there be a rerun. Personable. Efficient.
Tech. Frances was quick in ascertaining the problem. All of this makes me want to ALWAYS use this service… and to not mind too much when a friend in the throes of divorce came to use the machine only to thoroughly jam it by never removing a single copy from the outlet when I had other things to do. Several reams of paper later she complained that it was jammed. And so it was, deep in the machine where there’s little access.
Lesson learned: oversee process, call Printer Concepts Tech. if there’s a problem.
Note: Other companies that I phoned, such as Geek Squad, immediately tried to sell me a new copier. Thanks but this free workhorse doesn’t eat ink like the new, cheap ones do. And even with the service, I spent less than a new one. Environmentally speaking, it was also the best choice, right!

A woman-​owned business, I was blown away by their friendly and knowledgeable service. I had a problem with an old HP color laser printer, knowing it needed a service call, but Frances spent a great deal of time on the phone with me trying to fix my problem over the phone. Nobody does that. Her fees were VERY reasonable, she knew what she was talking about, and got my printer up and running in no time. I’m so glad I found them. I’ll use them again for my home business (four printers).

I called today about my Epson printer and although they don’t even service Epson’s Danielle did a diagnosis over the phone, helped me find some other resources to fix my printer and even did research on new printers for me. Whoa. Who does that these days?! They went so out of their way to help me that I want to give them any business I can. This was like some customer service right out a small town in the 50’s! THANKS!

I also found Printer Concepts thru Unilocal.Frances is awesome. I thought I needed someone to take my printer apart to help me clear an address label that got stuck during a paper jam. Instead she looked up my printer model and talked me thru removing the parts and I was able to find the label and clean up the transfer belt. (I thought I needed a tech. to do all this.) She said if that didn’t work we can order the replacement part.
I so appreciate her genuine care for her customers. Some places would have probably just told me to order the replacement part or better yet, come out for a service call and then order the part. Frances, I’ll be back if my printer gives me anymore trouble!!! Thank you for being a doll!!!

Our Xerox Printer Broke, I called Xerox, they wannted $ 377 for the first 30 mins and 70 for every 15 mins after that.
I called printer concepts, Frances spoke with me over the phone for 15 minutes doing some basic free diagnosis. She gave me an idea of what the problem might be as well as best case and worst case cost scenarios (all at no charge).
She then came out that day, fixed my problem and spent extra time teaching me how to do my own basic troubleshooting and print head tuning.
Problem solved for one hour of labor, at a fraction of the cost of xerox.
I will definitely call them again, no bs honest service.

My Samsung laser printer had streaks down the middle of the printouts for a month. I called Samsung, ran some tests, but nothing helped.
I run a small professional biz and that’s not acceptable. I finally relented and called Printer Concepts expecting a large on site service call bill + service and parts cost. Uh uh.
Frances spoke to me and gave me advice to replace the drum. She said ‘that’s what I’d do if I came out so save yourself the service call fee and just order one.’ She didn’t even push me to buy from her.
I bought the drum very skeptically. Well, I installed it yesterday and viola! perfect copies! Yay!!! The drum only cost $ 115!
I really appreciate small businesses like Printer Concepts that put the customer first and are HONEST. 5 stars all the way!!! (yes, I will definitely use them when I need actual servicing!)

Printer Concepts again «saved the day»
I was trying to open my café and print the daily menus, when my printer
decided to break down. I’ve used Printer Concepts before –w– great results, so I gave them a call… Before I could bat an eye, Frances was walking through my door! she went right to my printer, worked on it for a few minutes… then went out to her van… came back with the right replacement toner. Not only did she fix it, she reprogrammed it for remaking my printing jobs so much better!!! The price was amazing!!!
I would have gladly paid double what she charged for the job she did!!!
