These guys are awesome. Sy and Brandon were able to move more in 3 hours than me and 9 friends were able to move the entire previous day. I’m pretty sure they are super heroes. Also, they were both super polite, really careful with everything and they even arrived early. Highly recommended.

Sy and Brandon couldn’t be more professional, cautious with antique items, and very helpful. I found them through a good friend’s referral, and she swears by them as well. They are very busy because they are good at what they do, friendly, and have a great sense of humor through what is typically a rather tedious and challenging time. I have a lot of odd-​shaped, round, delicate, non-​weight bearing, mid century antique pieces and they have been blanket wrapped and moved with care without incident to/​from 2 apartments and a storage unit in the Bay Area. It’s worth trying to call/​text/​email with patience several times if you don’t get a hold of them right away. They will go the extra mile to ensure smooth sailing through the moving process. Wouldn’t use anyone else in the Bay Area.

WOW! What incredible service! We picked up a very large table from a consignment center and needed to get it delivered. Sy was on time, communicative and exceptionally nice. He not only brought the new table in, but OFFERED to help move the old furniture out of the way. The consignment place accidentally shorted Sy a chair and when he returned he insisted on bringing it all the way in.
The table and chairs were expertly wrapped with packing blankets and plastic and not even a scratch showed up.
I would highly recommend Q&A Moving to anyone.

Sy and Brandon helped us move a 1BR apartment in 3hrs. Both fast and mindful of our fragile and non-​fragile goods. No shady hidden fees and don’t charge for stairs. Friendly and made genuine conversation. THEN they went the extra mile to disassemble/​reassemble our bed to get it through a tiny hallway and into the bedroom without a fuss. Can you top that?! The answer is no, no you cannot.
We were so confused by their awesome that we gave them our box of fresh pastries. Lemme tell ya, it was pastries well spent.

Sy and Eric were awesome. Totally professional, and seemed to enjoy their job and working with each other. Their prices are totally reasonable and completely worth it. I will never move myself again in this area as long as Sy and his team are available!

This moving company gave me a great price, worked with my short notice and limited schedule and rocked it out. Pleasant, fair, laid back and fast. I asked them to move heavy furniture in, then out, when I inaccurately calculated distances and they were lovely about it. Boxes of delicate crystal bar ware were all safely delivered. Sy’s team, Brandon and Erick, were knowledgeable, strong and safety-​oriented. They met my demands with an unexpected pleasantness I haven’t found with other moving companies. No complex charges for mileage or stairs – just a fair flat rate enabling me to estimate charges easily so I could maximize my moving strategy. Q and A was referred by a good friend and I will use them in the future without any hesitation. I highly recommend them.

Sy was very professional and efficient. Communication was excellent and they were very careful in moving my very fragile items. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

In the last 4 years I’ve moved about 4 times and I’ve used them every time. Sy is not only punctual and efficient but extremely honest. His prices are very reasonable and he’s a delight to work with. When I move to LA I hope maybe he can help (lol).

These guys are amazing! I moved out of a family members house 2 weeks ago from San Leandro to Davis and had Sy and a coworker move my things and couldn’t ask for a better team. I was really impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
Sy was really easy to work with scheduling a day and time that was most convenient for me. They were really efficient at loading everything perfectly into the truck, and stopped at another location along the way to pick up a couch. When they finished loading the truck they helped me move some furniture around in the house to fill the empty rooms. The drive was an hour and a half and I kinda felt bad making them drive so far but they were really pleasant about it, even nocked off time from the «clock» from when they stopped for gas. They loaded and unloaded my furniture with They even stopped the «clock» when they finished unloading at the end of the day but continued to help me set up furniture that needed to be taken apart to move. They were really dependable and courteous. It was such a relief to not have to deal with the stress of moving and have such professional yet friendly people help me throughout the day.
I was on the fence about hiring someone to help me move or just do it myself with some family members, but I“m so grateful I decided to get professional help and really happy I went with Sy and his company.

Sy and his crew were 100% courteous, hard working, fast, clean and very efficient. WIll definitely hire them again!

Flawless, pleasant service. I purchased a used clothes dryer from an appliance store who recommended Q&A Moving. Sy & another mover arrived in under 30 minutes. They whisked the item into their truck, moved it up 20+ stairs… then we discovered the plug was broken. Q&A’s responsibility for moving my dryer ended at that point and it would have been reasonable for them to leave. However the two carried it downstairs, drove to the store a 2^nd time, waited for me to negotiate switching out the dryer, then transported it back to my apartment and up said stairs. Good conversationalists too: I was stressed about the whole ordeal, they made it no big deal, didn’t seem to be annoyed, made my day. Great guys.

I called Q&A moving company spoke to Sai, and explained to him that i needed to be moved out that day. I had a lot of things and the crew was lightning fast, extremely careful and professional. I was shocked by how quickly and efficiently they handled the move. Relived a ton of stress during a very trying time. Highly recommended

These people are amazing. Formerly Safe Movers, they are communicative and flexible, and even stopped by three different times to drop off boxes when we were moving out of our place in May.
Moving out of storage and into our new place this past weekend was so easy. These people are friendly, trustworthy, and professional. I just unlocked the storage unit, went about my business elsewhere.
Very reasonable rates, very diligent about when the clock is and isn’t «running,» and very friendly. No box fees, no stair fees. When we unpack, we’ll give them a call to come pick up the boxes.
They have helped make what is usually a very stressful and tiring process into something efficient and really darn near pleasant.
