Do not use Beth Ransom-​Leedom or any of her business names for any kind of work. I hired her to do a remodel. She puts herself out as a general contractor, but she is really a handyman with very limited skills and workers with no skills. She will tell you that they can do anything, but beware. I spent $ 38,000, got nothing completed and anything that was done was done badly. Then she just told me she had no money, did not pay all her «subs» and just disappeared. I am in the process of paying to have it all redone. (In the spirit of full disclosure she is my wife’s niece.)
