From small additions, remodel of existing homes, to new homes, we have 25 years experience in helping you turn your dream into reality, dealing with the often stressful, complex process of dealing with local zoning and building departments, creating designs which are in line with budget issues, and respond to the aesthetic goals of our clients. We have won awards for residential projects in Oakland and Piedmont, and would be happy to provide a free initial consultation regarding the possibilities of your project.

History

Established in 1994.

Being a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, I was fortunate enough to find residential work in the east bay in the 80’s for some of the bay area’s most creative and successful architects. My particular interest in design was incorporating the elements of sustainable, cost effective, aesthetically nurturing, beautiful yet practical designs. Although I’m partial to modern or post modern approaches to design, I have also created successful projects reinterpreting traditional styles to reflect todays needs. The thought that architecture and the built environment should serve, enhance and support the different facets of our life and be respecttul and in harmony with nature has always had a strong influence on my thinking and work as an architect.
