Robert Half Management Resources

If your looking for a staffing agency who cares, look elsewhere. Referred to them by a trusted consultant I did not do my research. We’ll, please do as I spent over 35k on placement of two employee’s who Robert Half «sold» me on. The worst part is they do not take any accountability about their poor placement, lack of screening, lack of reference check and worst off the hidden cost.

Guys there are better recruiting services there. I am very dissapointed to the degree of service I was offered with this agency. Not only were they not clear about payments, they asked me to refund them some of the money back with no detail explanation. I would definitely say they are either too lazy or too busy to foster clients they already have. Plus they matched me with jobs that were far less my skill level. If you are not careful they can suck you dry. There is no structure to who will be helping you find a job as you are floating around with no idea. I am no longer interested in working with this agency.

It is very early in my relationship with Robert Half, but I value individuals who listen when I talk and do what they say they are going to do. Prompt attention given to meeting times with pleasant, interested recruiters. They left me with a positive first impression.

I worked with Robert Half (Oakland Office) for over 1 year and it was a pleasure and a good experience. I did many assignments long term and some short term; throughout, my employment with them. Just recently, i was hired as permanent employee from one of the long term assignment and no longer work with Robert Half but I would highly recommended; as they are good contacts with many large and small companies in bay area and I was well taken care off while at Robert Half; where the staff was professional and friendly to deal with. Specific person i work with was Hillary Hernandez, she was great.
I would defiantly good back if i need to look for a employment; even for just short or long assignments…; as they are easy to deal with and have proper setup to get you an ideal position quickly and with ease of a process… which makes it quite burden and stress free dealings… Super !!!

I had Christie Annis as my recruiter and Tra to help place me. In 3 Weeks they had me placed at a great Non-​profit job, just what I asked for :-) They helped me and are very flexible. They know their stuff. When they have a valuable candidate they know exactly what to do with them :-) I even got Happy Birthday emails from the Team :-) SO AWESOME!

This was not worth the effort finding on a map. Carolyn who I spoke to arrange an interview was eager to get me in to interview with my broad experience base and said she was certain that she could get me into at least one interview by the time I left. So since it SOUNDED very positive and promising, I went in two days later.
I spent MORE time waiting in the office and filling out their zillion forms than I did actually talking to someone. I arrived 30 minutes EARLY to end up spending 45 minutes filling out a ton of forms. THEN the person i was suppose to talk to was late to the appointment SHE arranged during the that she was free. Then I was made to take tests on slow computers with sticky keyboards. Caroylyn, who interviewed me, left the office for the day and the lady I end up doing a closing interview was from the medical division. She had NO clue why I was there, what she was suppose to talk to me about. She didn’t even have notes from the other person either. All she could ask me about was how I thought I did on my tests. That’s the best she could do?!
The after several months of NOT hearing from them, I get a call from the lady from the medical devision about a job she said i’d be great at. She asked me to write a bulleted list of some of my skills applicable to the job and email her. I was suppose to hear from them a few days later but did not. I called her to see if she had received it and heard anything back. She seemed VERY rude if not curt as if she was wondering WHY I was bothering her. She said she did receive it (although I didn’t get any kind of confirmation of it) and it was forwarded to ANOTHER division that was suppose to contact me, NOT her. NONE of that she said to me when I spoke to her the first time when she made the initial request.
I did EVERYTHING I was requested to do in a very timely polite manner yet they were still very rude and didn’t seemed concerned about their own conduct. PLEASE don’t bother with these people.

Wow… talk about a complete waste of time.
These people only want to waste your time and low ball you.
Do not call them back or respond to their posts, if you value your time.
Come on … a seasoned recruiter should be at least older then 20 years old — you should at least have some experience in your related field… And please — If you put something to the effect of «Million Dollar Deal Maker» on your business card — then that says a lot about you and your used car sales man ways — I mean… If you have to tell someone that you can close million dollar deals then guess what: you probably can’t and don’t.
I’m a lady who doesn’t appreciate to waste her time, thanks!
Don’t call me, pester me, make me run through a million hoops and then present me with a lame job in the ghetto. I don’t want to get assaulted by a crack head on my way to work, thanks.
