Eli did a great job on the build out of my small retail shop. I was on a very tight timeline and he worked with me to get the shop up and running as soon as possible. He was also very detail oriented and made sure the job was not only done quickly but correctly. His subcontractors (artex flooring and picasso painters who I would also recommend) were excellent and he seems to have a great working relationship with them.

We used Eli Rowe for a window job and were very happy. We had 7 windows replaced, plus caulked and painted. All work was done smoothly and on schedule (a four-​day job). We liked how Eli was «hands on» with the painters, who were subcontracted. He stopped by as they were working and actually had them correct some stuff as they painted the exterior. He even had them include some extra caulking on the windowsills for free.
It’s very high quality work, very detailed oriented, and it all got completed on budget, with nothing in the house scratched or damaged during the work. Now all 7 windows work great and look great. Would definitely recommend this contractor.
