I love this nail salon they make you feel so at home. Laurie, is the best at designing nails and letting you know what fits. I been following her for over 10yrs not one time have I not been pleased with the service. The owner and his wife are always there making sure clients are getting what they want and expect. I love them all like family. I would always recommend Serenity Nails

Visited Serenity Nail Spa today after walking by it several times. I was totally pleased with my experience; I got a pedicure w sea salt scrub. Fast, kind, affordable service and REALLY clean environment. The awesome massage chair was throughly enjoyed too!
Parking is tricky, but I won’t let that dissuade me from future visits!

Everyone here is so sweet! We brought a big party to celebrate my birthday, and Serenity definitely went above and beyond!!! They surprised me with a delicious birthday cake AND bottle of sparkling rosé (my favorite!!) for my friends and me to share! They did an amazing job on my nails, and the pricing was totally reasonable! With a very meticulous work and environment, this is definitely the best nail place I’ve been to in Rockridge/North Oakland! Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks!

I left this place extremely disappointed.
My gel manicure was okay but all the nails are very uneven, some long others short, even after asking to even out a few.
I rarely complain, but my pedicure was possibly the worst I have ever received. It was done by the only man in the shop. The nails were cut uneven and there is dark polish on skin around nearly every nail. In addition the polish itself is not smooth and is dull in spots where top coat was sloppily applied. Directly after he finished I was rushed off the chair and the woman putting my flip flops on scraped 3 nails and then quickly tried to repair then, which really doesn’t look good.
All together I paid $ 50 plus $ 10 tip and will probably have to pay to get a polish change elsewhere.
It’s a shame because I loved how clean the spot is and the employees were very nice. I wanted to love this place.

I have been coming here for a year. The employees are always lovely and they are so good at cleaning up my feet! They do the gel in thin coats so it does NOT end up peeling early. They spend time on the massage and I always feel wonderful when I leave.

Love my nails ! I believe the woman that did them was Ann, she was vey gentle and friendly. My pedi was a different story thought the guy that did my toes was really rough if I go back I would definitely NOT let him touch my feet again.

I came here with my mom on the recommendation of Shannon Kennedy (ridiculously talented hair stylist at Rockridge Day Spa) and was NOT disappointed. The space is beautiful and clean. My gel manicure and toes turned out beautiful. My mom had a regular manicure and pedicure and they look fantastic. I highly recommend!

i had an excellent pink and white fill by Laurie this morning. Very professional and my nails look great! I also had a very relaxing pedicure. I’m more than satisfied and highly recommend Serenity Nails and Spa. It’s right next door to Bica Coffee, so my husband was happy to sit next door, drink coffee, and work on his laptop while I had my mani pedi.
