Mike was very helpful when I called him at 6pm asking if he could deliver a bouquet for me before he closed for the day. He was kind enough to prioritize my request even though it was end of the day. He was very professional and noted all the details carefully and delivered the bouquet within two hours, which was very important for me. Thank you, and I hope to see you in person the next time I need flowers.

Everything about the exceptional customer service is true. Let me explain: I’m in the dog house because I forgot my boyfriend’s birthday. It’s a very uncomfortable dog house too because I had already forgotten his special day once before back in law school.
So I turned to Seulbergers to try to and make my dude feel better the next day while I was at work. I picked out the gorgeous aloha sunset arrangement since it has orange roses and orange is his favorite color. The flowers were ready that same morning. Unfortunately, because he was still upset, the delivery process had a lot of hiccups.
Mike was ever the gracious florist and was so patient with the situation, as well as with a lack of being able to reach me all day because I’m in and out of meetings.
Based on customer service ALONE: 5 bright shining stars. Definitely the place to get ur delivered floral arrangements!

I need to update my review for this florist. While I was disappointing with my first order, the owner called me and apologized very sincerely. It had be a busy days and some mistakes were made. But what I am impressed with was his ownership of this and pride in his company’s services. I can’t ask for anything more then someone doing this in an age when so few business are accountable. Seulberger’s corrected our delivery and I will use them again.

Every floral arrangement I have bought from Mike & Kevin has been a lovely seasonal display that lasts for over a week. Have received tons of compliments from guests when they visit my home because it was not possible to miss the beautiful flowers.

I have been going to this florist for many, many years. Their arrangements are so beautiful and fresh that even though I now live in SF I go out of my way to get flowers from these guys. Last month I got a very special arrangement from them because our daughter was born, and wow — Mike outdid himself — his passion for flowers really shows.
They always know what I like — a natural mix of fresh garden flowers — usually hydrangeas, roses, lilies, snap dragons, and there’s always something interesting in there to make it a fun mix.
On top of everything else, I always have fun when I visit with them. Mike and Kevin are the best! Thank you for many years of bringing beauty into our lives.

I have ordered flowers from Seulberger florist several times and not sure why I haven’t
written a review before now. This place ROCKS! They are over the top with customer service and quality. Most importantly great at making arrangements. I asked for something unusual, they always come up with an amazing arrangement.
Flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and last a long time.
I usually give them a price limit and leave it to them and I know IT WILL LOOK GREAT!
I have recommended them to other people. They also did the flowers for a friends wedding and everything was just gorgeous.

I have a friend who was going through a tough time and I wanted to send her some flowers to cheer her up. I found this florist on Unilocal and I couldn’t be more pleased. The flowers were fresh and you can tell that they took special care to arrange it perfectly. The set up was quick, easy and within my budget. I would definitely use them again.

I was in a rush to send flowers to a friend in Downtown Oakland, so I found this florist that was close to the location. Well the reviews were quite helpful as it went as good as they were talked about and really, even beyond what I was expecting.
Kevin was very polite and patient on the phone and got the flowers delivered on time– and this is not an easy location for delivery (1331 Broadway, this is based on previous experience with another florist). Above all she was really excited about how beautiful the flowers were. This made her day and mine, and they will be my florist from now on.

I needed flowers for a sad occasion. These guys were very prompt and took care of my needs. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and the price was very reasonable.
The customer service was a 10 out of 10. The flowers were delivered on time and without any issues or excuses. I would definitely use them again for my flower needs. Hopefully it would be for a happy occasion next time. Sometimes you don’t need to get the most expensive flowers but get ones that make a good impression.

A friend told me I should check them out when buying flowers for a family members birthday.
These guys are so prompt and professional when you request something and I was honestly astounded by the quality, as in the past when seeking flowers I would go to the closest florist, it really changed my mindset about quality.

I have been a customer of Seulberger’s for 15 years. Over the years, I have used Ken and Joanne for all sorts of occasions and they have come through for me, EVERY TIME. My wedding bouquet and arrangements were stunning. The centerpieces remained fresh for 2 weeks. When I used their flowers as a wedding cake topper, we pulled off the roses at the end of the evening and they bloomed for another week.
I love how much care Joanne puts into her bouquets and arrangements, regardless of the price. I also appreciate that I can find all sorts of unique flowers carried by Seulbergers that you don’t see at other florists.
They also helped us find a florist in Las Vegas that delivered on Thanksgiving Day last year. The arrangement was stunning.
If you are ever in need of excellent customer service and want to work with someone who takes pride in their work, I recommend Seulberger!

my company has a corporate account with Seulberger’s and we’ve done business with them for many, many years. we use them every time there is somebody that has a birthday, somebody leaves, somebody gets sick or has a baby, what ever reason you can think of. every time, Ken & Joanne have come through for us. if there’s ever been a mistake (and seriously i can only think of maybe one time and it was a minor one at that), they were so fast to correct it, it was like it didn’t even happen – a glitch in the matrix. they are personable, reliable people & a truly exemplary small business.

My parents are in NY, my husband and I are in Oakland. Apparently, Seulberger Flowers is a TeleFlora florist, so my parents sent us (through the system) a ‘large live plant garden’.
Now mind you this was a very very significant occasion, the 1^st anniversary of our Son’s death. Yes, …that special… THAT significant! Seulberger was even made aware of this.
It was very important to my mom to send us a special live arrangement, one we could cherish for many months to come, and not have to watch die. (considering the circumstances, it is very depressing to watch flowers die while grieving, we did it last year the entire month of December… one-​after-​another) She spent a good amount of time with her east coast florist. They picked out a 4″ x12″ dish garden with 4or5 green plants… and requested Absolutely NO Flowers. (for those not familiar, TeleFlora participants are supposed to be able to fill a large variety of standardized arrangements, or deny the order)
They even called to this Oakland florist to make sure they could fill the order, to which they responded ‘yes, of course, how sad’.
What we got left on our door step … a 4“x4″ purple orchid. It looked exactly like what you can by at Trader Joe’s for $ 9.99 sorry Seulberger-​sad but true-TJ’s is cutting into the florist orchid market). My parents spent 10x’s that $.
Somewhere along the line with cross country phone calls & inter-​florist systems, much confusion ensued. After a few days of conversations between florists, Seulberger set everything right. Happy bereaved grandmother (or as happy as one can be made with a floral arrangement) and content bereaved parents. Thank you Seulbergers for putting in the extra effort and multiple trips.
My suggestion. Call them direct and skip the TeleFlora system. I think you’ll be happier with what you get that way.

Hands down the best florist in the Eastbay. When it was recommended to me, I was told to say what I wanted to spend and then ask for the most beautiful flowers they have. They have never let me down.

Called up on a recommendation of a co-​worker when looking for a place to arrange for a next-​day delivery of flowers for my mom’s birthday They were fast, courteous, asked some good questions about the type of desired arrangment and budget, and had them delivered on time and to great compliments.
