Established in 2012.
Sol Performance Training– was created by the Sports and Orthopedic Leaders (www.solpt.com) Physical Therapists’ and Trainers ’ team to provide an optimal training environment for our clients and athletes.
Having successfully been involved in the rehabilitation, sports performance and fitness industry for over two decades, we wanted to create a place for our clients to train safely and effectively with the best trainers, coaches, and physical therapists to achieve the goals of total fitness and wellness for our clients. We also became increasingly frustrated at the lack of good, evidence-based functional training within a team approach and collaborative model. High quality training programs designed with safe, effective programming is hard to find. We use the most scientific and cutting edge training methods you will find in the Bay Area. Our team dedicated with one goal in mind – your success!
