The people that work at this Starbucks are amazing! Very friendly, they work together well, they remember names and drinks for those who order consistently. I love it here!

Best dayum latter I’ve ever had from Starbucks! The froth of foam was delicate on my upper lip as I sipped the soothing delicious flavor from the cup onto my pallet– if you ever want a super good latte, come to this location and ask for«Nate» He does the job completely.

Do you have 20 minutes to waste before work because that’s what you’ll do if you don’t order through the phone app. Have a question about the phone app? Don’t even bother trying to ask, not even a manager, they have no idea how it works! It’s a generally good place to get quick work done with reliable wifi. The bathroom has a code and is always messy.

I normally don’t take the liberty to write reviews. Vanessa however, is the worst customer service rep at this location I have the worst possible customer service experience with her due to which I am writing this review. She always have a bad attitude, and shows that she doesn’t care. I have seen her exchanging words with other customers as well, so I’m sure I’m not the only one who have had a bad experience with her. So lady If you hate your job that much you should look for another field, but surely customer service is not your forte. I hope the management looks at these Unilocal reviews regularly and would hopefully make amends accordingly.

5 stars for the staff: Very friendly baristas who quickly remade my drink after I brought it back because it was wrong(not something I would normally do, but the mistake was pretty noticeable!). 2 stars for the layout: there is minimal seating inside! I went at lunchtime on a Monday and was really lucky to snag a table after waiting for about 5 minutes. Overall, a great place grab a drink to go.

Not sure why when I tried to use my birthday reward here 2 weeks after my birthday, the clerk told me it already expired. May be this is a Starbucks problem. I just can’t trust it ay more.

Conveniently located near the Downtown Oakland YMCA and Truve so if I need my Green Tea Frapp with soymilk fix, I know where to go! Never had a problem here and the frapp tasted just right!

Went to this location this morning and waited in line for about 10 minutes. I was asked what drinks I wanted by the barista when I was third in line. When I got to the register, my drinks were next to the little Asian lady who was acting as cashier and I said, «Those are mine, a grande…» she cut me off and began barking questions at me, «What are yours? What are they? What did you order? I don’t know what „those“ mean. Are they dark, light, what??». So fing rude. I will go out of my way to avoid this place. Worst costumer service ever.

I love coming here and getting coffee before work! It’s clean inside, the workers are attentive to your needs, and the coffee is never a miss! The baristas inside are consistent with their coffee. The order comes out fast, and their baked goods is always stacked up! Since this location is near my office, I’m happy to say I come here often and I’ve never been disappointed! They do tend to get long lines before 9AM, but the line moves pretty quickly. They never seemed short staffed all the times I’ve went. Overall great batista service, coffee comes out quick, and it’s convenient for people working on Broadway.

Today was my first time visiting this specific Starbucks location, and I have to say that it will definitely not be my last time stopping in. I love that this location is quietly tucked away right off of Broadway with easy access to both bus and BART, it makes grabbing a quick cup of coffee simple for me on my way to work. This place has plenty of seating and doesn’t seem to get too crowded even during peak hours, which is nice when you want to relax and enjoy your java. Also, the staff seems really friendly and they were very helpful in helping me locate the proper adapter for their wireless charging powermat.

This place is frikin’ BOMB. I have NEVER in my life, had a Starbucks sausage sandwhich that tasted so fresh. EVER. I literally expected crap in my mouth and was SURPRISED. And??? Their green tea frap tasted like a green frap and not like ice. Yaaaaass. ANDTHEYSPOILEDKEWITHWHIPPEDCREAM. Also the team is goofy and adorable. Had to write this review before my meeting. I’m so amazed I considered throwing my best friend’s bachelorette party here. But i know mu limits haha

This place has indoor seating but it’s pretty limited. There’s about 30 seats. It’s too early to count so don’t hold me to it. I did have 2 tables open to choose from so that’s good. They installed the powermat here too but I don’t have anything that uses it. I don’t like the layout of this Starbucks. I’m no fung shui master but something is off. All the seats are just pressed up against the wall or window and you got the narrow walking path in between. Someone just smiled at me so I’ll give this place a +.5 for friendly customers. Darn, still not enough to boost up to 5 stars.

I was a patron at this location 2 weeks ago on a Friday, around 9:00AM. There was a long, slow moving line ahead of me. I work in downtown SF and am spoiled with super fast service. Despite the out-the-door lines in the morning, I always get my drink within 5 – 7 minutes in SF. Anyhow, I wait and wait and wait and finally I see my drink being made. Imagine how APPALLED I was when I spotted Jared, the barista preparing me coffee, wipe the overflow from the lip of the cup WITHHISBAREHAND! Not sure if what he did is in violation of a health code but that’s just disgusting. I was in a rush to make it to a friend’s graduation so I didn’t have time to wait for him to remake it. Needless to say, I wasted me time(20 minutes!!) and money — my drink went straight in the trash. I called the store later that day and spoke with a supervisor — Jared is apparently new. But c’mon people. Let’s exercise some common sense. I don’t know where your hands have been!

We all want our morning dose of caffeine to start our day. For me, it relaxes a bit my tensed nerves and it makes me less edgy in the morning. As long as I won’t get treated like how other customers were treated while they wait in line and someone who just came in got helped right away instead of falling in line like the rest do, I would give this place a good review. I appreciate the fact they do try to get to know their customers probably because they know these customers work in the area and will most likely come often. I am surprise they don’t have reserve coffees when every time I come here there is always a long line. May be its about time to add that clover in this location.

This was the first time I had a cashier, who while handing me change with one hand, used a pen to point to the tip jar with the other hand. I work for tips too but you can’t do that. Plus I think they gave me decaf. And it was lukewarm.
