With benefits similar to those derived from yoga, tai chi, and dance, Gyrotonic® exercise sequences flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions, with corresponding breath. Allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression, these carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.

Hannah Varga is a Ballet Teacher and a certified Gyrotonic® Practitioner. While training as a dancer in New York in 2005 she discovered Gyrotonic® exercise as an effective cross-training tool which not only helped her to improve her ballet technique but also overcome and prevent the recurrence of long-term injuries. Now as a ballet teacher she cross-trains her students in Gyrotonic® exercise and believes it is a necessity for serious dancers. While she loves working with dancers, she also enjoys helping the everyday person learn how to move more efficiently and without pain.
