Louis awesome. I am so glad we found him. Will use him again next year.
He is super responsive — both phone and email. If I have any questions, I could always call him during business hours. If i email him, he typically respond within 24 hours or less.
In the past, I have always done my own taxes so I really didn’t want to pay someone to prepare my tax but our situation got really complicated so we had no choice. But despite that, I still find his rate to be very reasonable.
More than anything else, Louis is really professional and on top of things. I really felt he did a good job. He paid attention to details and did not skip corners. We had an unusual situation and he researched on it for us and resolved it in the end. After he finished preparing it, when we went to pick it up, he even printed a nice bound-​copy for us for record in addition to a soft copy.
I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

louis is an expert in customer service and professional at tax service. it doesn’t get much better than that! he has a quick turn around fileing and communicates everything quickly and clearly with you.
I’ve been doing business with him for a handful of years and i plan to continue.

I just have to add something about how wonderful Louis is! I changed companies this year and he reviewed my deducations to make sure I was covered come tax time! Now that’s service.

Mr. Louis Wong will take care of you and make tax season relatively headache free. We dropped off our taxes one Sunday and got them back the next Sunday! For $ 145, it was totally worth it.
Do you think that HR Block would call you at 8PM on a Monday night to check in with you about your taxes AFTER they are done? NOT! Louis called us to make sure we had our questions answered.
My BF has been going to him for 9 years. No need to make an appointment, walk ins are welcomed but you may have to wait in line.
