Best mobile notary I’ve ever used. (I’ve used quite a few.) Tara is by far the most prompt and reliable.

I called Tara on a Saturday morning to notarize a document. She met me at an agreed upon location within a few hours. The experience was professional and efficient.

We needed a notary to come to my father’s apartment as he is somewhat immobile. Tara responded quickly to the message I left on her voice mail, was available the same day I called, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and got the job done.

I went. Found Tara’s website, which I found to be helpful, user friendly, informative, & the bonus part… she has a «See Our Unilocal Reviews» link. Yeeeah, I questioned the first 4 – 5 Unilocal Reviews but what dedicated Unilocaler doesn’t for Unilocalers w/​no kind of profile pics.
Called Tara on a Monday mid-​morning, who was available to visit my dad next morning. Gave her the address, contact info, & further advised my senior dad’s disability to move as quick as «young folks» (LOL). Tara was friendly, considerate, & professional. My sister had the day off & was able to be at home when Tara came by. I wasn’t there myself (I gotta make that money), but my sis & pops were pleased.

My sis has an indoor cat, so as she walked Tara outside she felt awful how much cat hair she saw on her backside. Tara graciously accepted my sister basically lent-​rolling her backside, at the strong request of my sister that is… sis could NOT have Tara going to her next appt w/​all that pet hair!
After the last signature, last stamp, invoice this, here’s your check, & let me use this lint roll remover one last stroke… Tara left for her other appts for the day. Tara was fast, efficient and very careful to review the documentation to be notarized. She was on-​time, friendly, and has a very reasonable cost structure. I would utilize her services for both business and personal matters.

Tara was amazing. The mobile service was perfect because we didn’t need to get all 5 people who needed to sign to some Notary’s stuffy office somewhere… she turned up, right on time, and worked on the papers first from our front porch and then on our dining room table.
We were rushing around to get ready for a tour departing the next morning, and she was very accommodating, perfectly content to call on us as each item of paperwork became ready.
There were 3 separate documents we needed notarized and she listened carefully, understood what we needed and worked through all the tedious paperwork in an organized and efficient way.
What really took her service over the top was that one of our signers was missing the proper ID and needed to run home to get his passport. She waited patiently while he drove across town and back IN HER CAR (yep, she lent him her car). While he was gone she was simply relaxing and chatting with us as if she wasn’t waiting at all.
Very friendly, helpful, professional, and personable. Couldn’t believe the service we got for only $ 10/​signature plus $ 35 mobile fee.

I called Tara in the late afternoon on a Sunday assuming it would be too short notice to get her to come that day, but was very surprised and pleased that she had time later in the evening. I have never needed anything notarized before and I appreciated that she took the time to walk me through the process. Her service is a little more expensive than you would pay if you went to a notary’s office, but I was very happy to pay a little extra for the convenience of her coming to my home (on a Sunday night no less!!). Highly recommended!

Tara was extremely professional, courteous and prompt. Her rates are really reasonable, and I appreciate that her fees for individuals (as opposed to businesses) are discounted.
Tara researched her route in advance to make sure she could find my husband’s place of work (a small Oakland high school tucked away in a residential neighborhood) and avoided getting lost. She was punctual and quick, but still thorough.
Tara not only called to confirm the appointment one day in advance, but she also followed up several days after to make sure that we were happy with the service. I can’t remember the last time someone worked so hard to make sure I was pleased.

Tara came to our house in Oakland. She made it incredibly convenient. We were doing a transfer of business ownership, and she did everything as it needed to be done. She didn’t ask unnecessary questions or take unnecessary time. It was a great experience.
