Taste of Joy provides on-site and off-site catering of barbeque and Southern cuisine like barbeque ribs, links, brisket, Louisiana seafood gumbo, fried chicken, catfish, cajun meat loaf, greens, red beans and rice, mac & cheese, candied yams to name a few.
History
Established in 2009.
With over twenty years experience as an Executive Chef for some of the most highly regarded restaurants and hotels, including Bob’s Steak and Chop House, Neptune’s Palace, Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, and Omni Hotels, Brian Hill opens his own Southern Bistro, Taste of Joy. It is Brian’s belief that the great tasting and beautifully plated food shows the love and joy he puts into creating it. Brian is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.
