This must happen a lot, but kudos to this small staff for being informative and efficient. They must see a lot of agitated customers(as traveling is not easy), but they were able to help me asap! I had about 30 mins to find what I needed, and I was in and out in about 5 mins or less. What I wanted did cost me a pretty penny, but I think it was worth it! Thanks, Tech Showcase team for your help! Ted R. is right — «Better than you expect it to be!»

The prices are crazy high but more than once I’ve been saved by having access to jump drives or headphones before boarding a flight.

Not very happy with the parts they sell. Very cheap headphone. I bought my pair before departing and they did not work out of box. I had to go back and get a replacement and now the next day they don’t work either. They were pretty nice about the returns and it is a little bit of a pain because you need to ship it back to them(Do not cover shipping). I would not recommend their headphones because they are 0⁄2 for them. Also They have awful customer service. I have been trying to talk to their manager for over a week now to see how my refund is going. They refuse to call me back. Horrible Service. I will never go back

How cool is it to pick up a replacement for the piece you forgot before departing on a long trip? Or to do a bit of leisurely shopping when your departing flight is delayed? I don’t even think the prices are that bad. You can pay less online, but at Tech Showcase you actually receive customer service. They know their products and don’t try to up-sell you. They don’t seem to mind at all if you’re just browsing. I could even write a tag line for them, Tech Showcase, better than you expect it to be.

Sure, it’s airport prices, but the convenience of getting it now is what I’m paying for. I think of it as stupidity-tax for forgetting my stuff. They have a large selection of headphones, ranging from $ 15 to $ 500. I was surprised to find they have a case of sample headphones that enabled me to test them out before buying. Very cool! They clean the samples with an alcohol wipe after each use, which is appreciated. The sealed in-ear style buds I chose were $ 30, called«Wicked Metallics». They sound surprisingly good for cheap ear buds. They also have a huge selection of power chargers and accessories for all your various electronic devices. An iPhone USB cable was $ 30. I found a $ 20 iPod cable in the BestBuy vending machine(by gate 3), but I preferred this one, as I can return it if it doesn’t work. The gentleman that helped me(Stafford?) was helpful and friendly. He even offered to open the packages for me and put all the extra headphone rubber bits in a little zip lock baggie. 5 stars for service and selection, with the understanding that high prices are expected everywhere at the airport. You’ll find this shop in Terminal 2, near gate 25.
