Amazing! They got my red light camera ticket and speeding ticket completely dismissed — beware, I got both of these in Oakland (after not getting a ticket for the past 20 years). Few months ago I moved to Emeryville, CA from Oklahoma. One day I called DMV for some work and they told me that there is one red light camera traffic ticket (no stopping at right turn) in Oakland on my CA license record. I had never received any document from DMV regarding it. May be they sent mail on Oklahoma driving license address which I was using at the time of traffic violation. DMV people told me that ticket is not at ‘No show at court’ stage as it was more than 6 months old. I got ticket number from them and checked it on Oakland court website and found that penalty amount was very high. I decided to get lawyer’s help and contacted Choyce law firm.

Mr. Choyce told me that he will find out the exact issue using my traffic ticket number. He charged me flat amount to resolve the issue (which was almost half of my penalty amount). He also did a good job in explaining me what process he will follow and timeline for it.
Within 24 hours after hiring Mr. Choyce to represent me, I got call from him that he represented me in court and the traffic ticket has been dismissed. Next day I checked on court’s website with my traffic ticket number and the web site showed the msg that the ticket is not available or it is been paid. After one week I received letter from law firm along with the copy of court verdict that traffic ticket is dismissed.

I got photo’ed in SF for not fully stopping at a redlight before right turn. Missed the payment deadline. Panicked and called Choyce Law Firm. A few days after the court date I received a letter saying that my case was dismissed.
