History
Established in 2011.
I established «The Next Stage Coaching» in order to support women who love being moms and have ambitions beyond parenting. Becoming a parent starts a journey for many women (including me) in which we struggle with the pressure to be perfect and do it all. We often wonder, can we be truly fulfilled while also caring deeply for our children? Since becoming certified as a professional coach from «Leadership that Works» in 2011, I have been offering one on one work/life balance coaching for women seeking more meaning in their work, more joy in parenting, and more faith that they can live the life they dream of. My own life has been transformed through learning the coaching craft and I love bringing out a sense of possibility, of self acceptance, and increased confidence in my clients which leads them to making real changes in their lives.

Rebecca started her own business at 25 and has for 15 years been successfully providing leadership services to non-profits and governments in the Bay Area and internationally, centered around women, children, and health.
