Great experience! I had an accident on Memorial Day weekend, so my front driver’s side needed repair. I called several auto body shops and they were unable to take my car for 1 – 2 weeks! I spoke with Enoch and he told me to bring it right in. I had a road trip planned with my car for a week and a half out, so I was pushing the limit of the repair time. Enoch was friendly, gracious, and set expectations from the start. He called to provide updates regarding the additional repair required (he called the insurance and the car rental to handle both and called me to give an updated time estimate) and the revised time estimate. Enoch knew I wanted my car for the trip and did everything in his power to make sure I had the car the day before we left. The car looks great and I am happy! Also, my insurance company arranged a rental car for me (Enterprise). Pick-​up (at Turbo) and drop-​off were easy and fast. Enoch is an honest man who takes great pride in what he does. He made it clear that I have a lifetime guarantee and that he will fix any errors. I feel good about giving my business to Enoch.

My Car back bumper got hit, I brought it to Turbo Auto Body Shop, which is approved by my auto insurance co. for estimate and after I read all the reviews, I decided to let them do the repairs, no need to shop around.
I was very happy about their works, excellent services, Ashween, a nice person, explained all the procedures clearly, took care all the insurance claims matter and gave me back my car within the promised time frame.
I’ll recommend Turbo Auto Body Shop to all my friends.

I picked up my baby (car) yesterday from Turbo Auto Body and I just had to write a good review for the great experience I had with this shop – I would like to especially thank Johanna who helped me through this whole process, she is the sweetest person ever and even the owner was very friendly. I myself work at a mechanic shop in Oakland not too far from them and tons of people come in our shop looking for body work — I will recommend this shop to all my customers for now on!

Enoch and Turbo Auto are a total pleasure to work with; the BEST customer service. He gave me a super fast estimate and had the body repairs done within several days. He is a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond what he needed to do. When he tried to color match my new car parts to my 16 year faded paint (practically impossible) he ended up painting more panels to make it match; my truck looks amazing. The shop closes at 5pm on weekdays so when I wasn’t able to make it in by then he stayed late to accommodate my work schedule… who does that? Did I already mention the amazing customer service? I have already recommended Turbo Auto and Enoch to other family and friends. We’ll definitely be using him for regular maintenance as well as any body repairs that come up.

I went with my sister to get her bumper repaired and I have to say, not only is their service great, but their customer service is excellent! Every time I visited, I was greeted and they are very friendly and helpful especially the owner! I highly recommend this place!

Enoch Shinn saved my car, he’s my hero.
On vacation we were rear-​ended at a stop sign by a big 250 pickup. The car still drove just fine, but the damage to the rear would have cost over blue book to repair. We were told the insurance company would total it and sell it for parts. It was a good car, well maintained, and was given me by my mother. I wanted to keep it, so we drove home and looked for a body shop that could fix it for less than the blue book value of the car (16 years old). Our mechanic recommended Enoch Shinn.
Enoch did the repairs for an amount the insurance company accepted, and I’m now home and happy with my pretty car — he even matched the paint job perfectly. We got great service, support, and understanding from Mr Shinn. He was the only mechanic we spoke to who understood and supported my wish to keep my mother’s car. Yes, it took a while… when you want a really good body shop that does quality work and charges a reasonable price, there are going to be a lot of other customers there ahead of you wanting the same thing. It was worth the wait! If anything happens to a car of mine, I’ll take it to Enoch Shinn and Turbo Autobody.

I highly recommend Turbo Auto Body. I was only there for about ten minutes at the most. And what would have cost me hundreds of dollars. It was less and I didn’t need to rent a car. The people were excellent. Turbo Auto Body is the place for me…

My car had a run in with an RV. I tried to get it to Cooks Collision in San Leandro but decided not to due to inconsistent feedback and perceived nonchalance of the people I talked to. I got a great vibe from Turbo Auto Body so I decided to go with them.

My car was in the shop for a week and a half for what I didn’t consider super extensive body work — but then again that isn’t my area of expertise
There was a mixup with the wrong side fender liner being sent to the shop so that took a couple more days
Limited hours. This is only inconvenient if you commute to work and can’t get to the shop between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm M — F or before 1:00 pm on Saturday
Tips
Make sure you call ahead and confirm that your vehicle is ready for pickup and not in a sea of other vehicles when you get there.

Now this is a winning business. I called for an estimate on some repairs on my 2005 Taurus, and, long story short, Joanna I was able to help me make a decision NOT to repair my vehicle but rather to move forward with some sweet financing options that I’d found. You know a great business when you are turned away in favor of a better deal! When I get my new car I am bring it right back to Turbo autobody for service. They also have tires and tons of knowledge about automobiles in general thank you very much Joanna!

I was recently in an accident so I went to this place for a second opinion. I’m glad I came because there were more damages than what the other party’s insurance estimated (or course). The entire staff are friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful. Enoch answered all my questions and I left confident knowing that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this place!

Cesar helped me with my car. Someone had hit me and run. He is so nice and sweet! Very helpful amd really looked out for me when it came to informing me of things I wasn’t aware of. Enoch and his team are simply amazing!
I was referred to his shop after a hit and run incident that left me without a sideview mirror. From the get go Enoch greeted me and took care of me himself, and his partner spoke to my insurance agent and took care of the cost. They made the whole experience so hassle free and easy!
When I returned to get my mirror replaced, I was once again greeted by Enoch who recognized me right away. His staff not only replaced my mirror, but also gave me a car wash and repaired my broken bumper censor for free!
I was blown away by how kind, generous, and personable Enoch was. I could tell that he really cares about his business, employees, and customers.
I will definitely be returning to his shop for any future auto needs, and highly recommend him to all of my friends and fellow Unilocalers! :)

There are no words to describe the professionalism exuded by the people that work at Turbo.
I was in two accidents in the past two months, the first being my fault — the work they do here is superb. Enoch (the owner), Kearny, Ashween, Ceasar, and Johanna are all amazing. I found out about these guys through MetLife (my insurance company). They made the process really seamless and painless for me. They dealt directly with MetLife instead of me having to deal with them personally. When I dropped off my vehicle, they’d already called for a rental car [Enterprise], so I didn’t need to worry about someone following me to the shop. They are on point! They finished my car in a timely manner [silver Nissan Altima 2011, within five days] after I rear-​ended someone. My front-​end literally looked better than when I had first bought it. I was extremely pleased.
The second time, I was hit by someone that lives in the same apartment complex as me. His insurance company was AllState — they’d tried their best to get me to go through one of their body shops, but I insisted that I go back to the same guys who’d fixed my car just a few weeks before! I made the right decision; again, they fixed things that weren’t even in the estimate. They washed my car, shined my tires, and were even courteous enough to give me an extra sample of paint should I need to cover any scratches or dents in the future.
In short, I would patronize this business over and over again. They really made my life easy.
Enoch (the owner) was so personable, and he made me feel like I made the right decision. You can tell he really has a passion for this business, and attempts to establish and perpetuate relationships with customers, as well as build rapport with them.
Icing on the cake: they sent me a thank-​you-​letter, thanking me for my patronage (both times)! «Where they do that at?»
I feel confident in going back to this shop, and everyone else should as well. I have no criticisms. Furthermore, it is a rarity that you find a business where its owner is on the scene and involved with its customers… This is something I really do appreciate.

The long:
I was referred to this place by another highly reviewed local auto body shop. «I only refer you to the best place for what you need,» said the guy, as he handed me the business card to Turbo Auto Body. A recommendation from a professional in the same line of business was reason enough for me to drive over to check out this place.
Enoch and his crew went above and beyond to help me get a good estimate on my hapless vehicle. I told them I was paying out of pocket and Enoch sat me down to talk about my options. And that’s what I like about their service – the down to earth honesty. No pressures, just facts about what they can do and what they can’t do with my car.
They can’t fix the bumper without replacing the seemingly perfect headlights since the metal that attaches the headlights to the car was actually smashed. It was a shame, but that much I could understand. No point in fixing the outside if the screws are loose and broken inside. Enoch and his associate walked me through the estimate, pointing out all the damages and all the salvageable parts. They answered all my questions [read: all my questions] with logical answers. Then they let me take the estimate home to think about it.
I shared the estimate with some family friends in the auto body business across the bay, and they thought the pricing was fairly reasonable too.
So I left my car in their care. I went back to visit every so often and was welcomed to check up on her. Enoch showed me the progress and talked about different parts they were waiting on. When Discharge Day arrived, Enoch proudly showed me a slideshow of the before and after shots of my car. He even included «in progress» shots of the hood and bumper paint jobs, etc.
The joy in his demeanor, from working on and caring for my car, made me love her even more. I’m going to really take care of my shiny new car now.
So would I follow suit and recommend this place to others? Yes. Certo? and ¡Claro que si!
