Dr. Wen scheduled me for a kidney operation. The operation’s time was changed without my knowledge (conflicted with other appointments)!The scheduler said she left me a V/​M, but never did! I’d set aside a week for this procedure & subsequent resting, all was wasted! This is not at all a professionally run office! I’m truly disappointed!

Have seen this doc for several years. He makes somewhat touchy male subjects very easy to
to talk about. He’s the first doc I’ve ever seen who really seems to enjoy the specialty he chose to work in. Plus he’s young, re: not middle aged or near retirement which makes him easy to talk to… it’s amazing what solutions are out there for various male urological problems.

Dr. C. Charles Wen is a very competent urologist. Without hesitation he did everything necessary to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and he did this with an extremely friendly and caring demeanor. He was thoughtful; consequently, his explanations and answers to my questions were in-​depth enough and easy to understand. My impression is that he loves what he does and is very committed to providing the best care possible and I feel fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Wen. I can only think of good things to say about this visit. With much enthusiasm I highly recommend Dr. Wen.
