Messed up my order. Cheese was only on half the sandwich. Ordered a large meal and received a medium. Asked for lemonade. Got diet coke. Fries were hard and half burned. You should know better Wendys. For a franchise, how can you mess up the only thing you do. Major failure. Major mistake coming here. Save your money. Drive a mile to alternates. Just a mile away and eat. Im sad to post this. I really am. Atleast it was cooked.

How about if I ask for an extra sauce I might get it… Without being asked to pay and additional $ 0.11 after spending $ 5.00…

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich… Is it a thing to leave the bun off the top of a sandwich? Lol this place is such a fail.

Got charged an additional $ 5 for two medium Frostys(orig. price is like $ 4.50, ended up paying $ 9.50). Tried calling them all day… and they don’t pick up. Nice one Wendy’s!!! don’t want to waste gas money to get $ 5 back! Better mail me a gift card or something.

food was cold. seriously i think the hamburger had been made in the morning(or last week) and had been just sitting around. they then throw it on a bun with some cheese and ketchup. the meat isn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. gross.

One of the few fastfood restaurants that doesnt mind serving lunch during the breakfast service. Recently arrived in area to pick up friend from Oakland Airport. Discovered we were several hours early so decided to find somethng to eat, I wanted breakfast(9:00 am) but son wanted lunch. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Dining room clean.

This is the most high end Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s really clean and formal looking inside. The food is average Wendy’s quality. I got a breakfast panini and it was decent, but not something I’d eat everyday.

if you want a grease burger with a side of a bunch of people always asking you for money outside the restaurant, then this is the place for you. Use the drive through, otherwise you’ll have con artists trying to make some easy money at your expense by giving you a line about how they need gas money to get to an emergency. Most times the food is good. But the last 2 times I got a cheeseburger, the bun was soaked with grease, unedible. I’m off Wendys now. Thanks for curing my addiction Dave Thomas!

Very convenient for grabbing vittles to eat in the OAK airport gate check lobby before you go through security. I love Wendy’s chili, ok cheese hold the onions. Mmmm, chili. The drive through is scary, you can imagine hordes of zombies or gangbangers attacking you from the deserted backside of Wendy’s, but maybe that’s just my own hangup, nobody else has ever thought that. But you have, haven’t you?

With the amount of people who are unemployed(apparently there was a ridiculous turnout just for menial jobs at Six Flags), it would be beneficial for those who work in the service industry: a) speak and understand English, and b) not be a bitch. After aging what felt like 6 years for Southwest to spit out my friend’s baggage(and 3 laps around OAK for me), I needed gas and she was hungry. I put in my $ 10, and told her we could go through the drive-thru. All she wanted was a Sprite and some chicken nuggets, which was apparently in line with brain surgery for the person handling the order. The benefit of a screen where you can see your order is that I can call you out if you mess up. And how hard is it to mess up Sprite and chicken nuggets? No fries. I speak clearly and succinctly, and you chose not to hear me. Either fix your earpiece, or be nicer when you realize you’re wrong. I can’t wait for the day when we can use touch screens to order food at these establishments. If you’re really hungry after a flight, by all means, stop here… but realize that your order may not come out as expected.

After picking my son up at OAK, more times than not, he’s STARVING(his emphasis). This Wendy’s is conveniently on the way back 880 and is part of a small commercial complex that includes a Chevron and a Starbucks. It’s cheap, fast, and a good way to at least temporarily satisfy his hunger. As for me, I’d rather be over at the nearby and slightly less convenient In-N-Out Burger. Better yet, I wish I could get him home first.
