Yummy Date Nights are couples workshops designed for couples to reconnect to the love and passion for one another, in a fun and juicy way.

This is an ongoing workshop, where members can attend a single night or attend the whole series.

These Yummy Date Nights are intended for couples who are interested in deepening their connection to one another through experiential practices and explorations.

In each Yummy Date Night Dalia and Shachar will provide space and tools for you and your partner to deepen in intimacy, cultivate passion with each other, and reconnect to the aliveness of relating.

Practices are done with your partner. There will be time for reflection and sharing as a group. Attending a couples’ workshop can be a wonderful way for attendees to learn that there are others who also have similar experiences as them, and feel understood.

We all deserve to be deeply and passionately connected to our partner.

Dalia Perez, MA — Sex and Relationship Coach

Dalia is passionate about helping people feel liberated in their expression of sexuality. Her inspiring approach incorporates creative exercises that help her clients deepen intimacy and transform relationship dynamics that couples often get stuck in. With care and good humor, she guides couples to rediscover their connection, ignite creativity and passion with each other, and deepen in intimacy. Dalia gets inspired by connecting people to their fullest, uninhibited sexual selves, and releasing the shame that often exists for us around our sexuality.

Shachar Erez, MA, MFTi — Integral Psychotherapy

Shachar loves helping couples connect and be intimate with each other. Intimacy to him is much more than sex and he encourages couples to create moments of intimacy in their everyday life. He finds that couples need help in creating the healthy polarity that increases passion and attraction, and loves coaching men and women towards Presence.

My partner and I think the world of these workshops. We attended our first workshop not quite knowing what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised to find how much we enjoyed the workshop and its instructors. We left the workshop with practical tools that have REALLY helped us in our relationship. When we are feeling stuck with intimacy challenges we now have exercises that we can do that can help us right there and then.
The instructors Dalia and Shachar are very experienced, complement each other quite well, and have the right intention which really shines through during the workshop. They create a safe, confidential, and inviting environment to explore intimacy together with your partner. It is so helpful to have other couples present to share their experiences and help you see that you are not alone with having any intimacy challenges. Thank you Dalia and Shachar for creating these workshops that really help couples like us!

I’m a private person and so is my partner. We didn’t know how comfortable we would be in this class but luckily we were never called on! It was just me and my partner communicating with one another and learning skills to deepen our connection and gain tools to enhance our relationship. If we did need more help or support during the class, the two instructors were always available to assist. Go! You will have fun!

I attended a Yummy Date Night recently. Wow — what fun and how sexy! Dalia and Shachar made a space that was so inviting and comfortable. I was impressed with how honest and vulnerable they both were. And also how bold too. They didn’t just talk at their guests, they shared and demonstrated intimately themselves. Its not couple’s therapy, and its not a boring lecture. It really is fun, yummy, and hot! Its a little bit edgy because sexuality is explored. But that’s what made it so fun!!! I found it to be a safe space and had a really good time. Indeed, recommended!!!
