«Perceptive, intelligent, and accepting… straight through my patterns with real solutions.» Mindful somatic therapy for anxiety, mood and thought confusion.
History
Established in 2012.
Ask… What’s real and true for you? Perhaps you feel confused or things just can’t keep going as they are. Or somehow the anger, fears, and sadness are just too much. Connection opens surprising possibilities and invites a «you» that is real. Together we can visualizing what’s happening, look for the ease, and find new ways for you to feel honestly alive. Meeting you with compassion, unconditional acceptance, and trust, I focus on the journey into you. Whatever is going on, I can help make the invisible — visible. My hope is to be open, engaging, and sensitive while utilizing mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and body somatic. The work can include noticing body reactions that allow, rather than resist, the sensations that come up. Anxiety, trauma, mood, even parenting… all challenging. Allow me to help you feel clear in a conscious practice of your own life.
