Really disappointing experience. I had an apt at 930 am on Saturday morning for a consulation and at 937 I got a call from Mike, saying that he couldn’t make it because he got «buried». I asked him when he could make it so we could reschedule and he said he could be here at 1pm (same day). At 130, still no Mike. I called and left a message for him and sent him a text message asking when he would be here. At 145, I called again. Finally at 2pm, I get a text saying that he had an «emergency» at a job site and that he wasn’t coming. I get that when you run a business «things» happen but at least have the respect and courtesy to call your potential client to reschedule.
We planned our day around a morning appointment, when he couldn’t make it we rearranged our day to be home at 1 and this guy didn’t even have the decency to reach out and cancel and didn’t even tell me he wasn’t coming until a full hour past our appointment time! and when he finally did, it was by TEXT vs. picking up the phone and saying «I’m sorry». SMH
I really don’t get how people like this manage to stay in business.
