Boutwell Contracting & Development is dedicated to setting the bar in the construction industry for quality building and professional service. We strive to become the premier source for residential and commercial building, remodeling, home and office additions, land development, real estate, and barn and horse arena construction in North Central Florida.

History

Established in 2006.

Company co-​owners and brothers Jason Boutwell and Garett Boutwell have long ties to the local construction industry, having grown up under the direction of their father and grandfather, both longtime Ocala site and utility contractors. This experience helped them learn not only how to build great structures, but more importantly how to build long lasting client relationships.

Business Owner

Jason Boutwell, a graduate of Florida State University, went on to secure his Realtor’s license and became invested in the real estate market, building new homes and selling them. Creating a dream home for families and individuals became a personal focus, which led to the idea of Boutwell Contracting & Development.

Garett Boutwell is a graduate of the University of North Florida. After gaining years of experience working in the commercial construction sector, he collaborated with his brother in developing Boutwell Contracting & Development. Both are state certified general contractors.
