Run as far away as you can, as fast as you can from these jokes. Promises not kept. Horrible customer service (you should see the email I received from a ‘customer service’ person.)
Hughes completely missed my scheduled delivery date twice. I waited more than 12 days for this company to carry my stuff about 800 miles. What? Nothing takes that long to ship – even from overseas.
Showed up at my house without the box to pack a $ 1500 TV. Their solution was to have me go find a box to pack it in. While I was on the box hunt, one of the movers had a bowel movement in my master bathroom that was incredibly unpleasant for several hours.
Moving companies are notorious for many reasons and Hughes Relocations exemplifies all of those bad perceptions. Never again, Huges, never again.
