I was not given the option to choose my shuttle time. Also, I spoke directly to Delta airline and there not a flight available so make sure you the facts straight.
You made no mention in your comment that said it was drivers responsibility to pay back and that you offered to give future rides in exchange. That was still money out of my pocket. I also said I would contact you in a few days with my response as I had to work extra because I had to miss a shift at the hospital as I was on call the next day.
That’s ok that you are trying to cover for your company but I know what was said I have the text messages to prove it.
This is my review and I hope it helps you provide better service for your patrons.

Giovanni picked me up right on time at 4:45AM (!) in his very comfortable Audi sedan to take me from Ocala to MCO airport. He’s a very nice and interesting guy and a great driver. Also the cost was much lower than Über. I’d definitely recommend Shuttleliner of Ocala (note this review is for the private driver service, not the shared shuttle… but I would guess the shuttle is also good!)

I have used Shuttleliner for years and generally the service has been great. However, this trip left me very unhappy, causing me to reconsider using them again.
The vehicle I was in leaving Orlando was dirty inside — somebody’s drink sprayed on the ceiling, the seatbelts weren’t clean. I also expected to be picked up at a specific time, however the driver arrived over 10 minutes late.
The trip leaving Ocala was even worse. Because we had to stop and do door to door service at Top of the World, the driver was not familiar with the layout. We drove around for over 20 minutes trying to find the person’s individual home. We arrived at the airport 30 minutes late and I was none to happy. Because we arrived late, we had to rush through check-​in and security, and nobody wants to be forced to rush around.
The whole concept of door to door service should be stopped, in my opinion. Have a designated spot to picked up at like everyone else. This saves time from driving all around and assists the driver in knowing exactly where to go.

I had never heard of the Ocala Shutterliner to the Orlando Airport. I found them online. Their site was easy to operate. I reserved to be picked up and taken to my flight desk in Orlando on Sunday morning, with return pick up on Friday afternoon.
They were on time for both legs of my trip. Driver Rene was helpful, courteous, and a careful driver. I was the only passenger coming back Friday pm, so I sat up front and we talked about Ocala, and all that he is trying to do for the youth in the community. He is an intelligent, concerned, involved man working on his BA in social services. I commend him and hope to be able to use his service again.
