Stopped in to get some parts for our motor home and was told of a 89.95 special where your unit would be inspected. We signed up but didn’t get much of an inspection. We were told the fridge was fine. Next day wouldn’t start. Called Mr. RV Repair who comes to your rv. He got on the roof and informed us the vents were not cleaned out at all! So after a hundred dollars to tri am and another 122.00 to the man that did the right job we are good to go. You would think an outfit of this size would be more dependable. Not.

Never would I imagine that my Disney World vacation would include a night at Tri-Am in Ocala, FL. I want to thank everyone in the service dept. for working all day to get our camper back on the road. Everyone was very professional and extremely kind. They allowed us to camp on-site while we were getting repairs; and Tim even worked in the rain to get us up and running. Thank you so much for your hard work! If ever in the area and are looking for a great place to buy/service a travel trailer or RV we highly recommend Tri-Am in Ocala!!!

Great experience on the purchase of our new Coachman Freedom Express and the service and parts departments. Bought our 2015 travel trailer from Tri-Am in March. Went back in a few times to buy different parts and accessories and everyone from the person greeting you to the parts department employees were very helpful. After a few weekend camping trips we found our a/c had quit. Called on Tuesday afternoon very concerned as we had planned a trip the following week. They told us to bring it in the next morning (Wednesday). Got a call today (Thursday) that is was done. They replaced the a/c and fixed a few other minor issues we had and it was all under warranty. Top notch service!

We were heading home to Georgia when the AC in our RV stopped working — a RV we had only owned for a few months. The people at Tri-Am RV were courteous and went above and beyond obtaining and installing a new AC for us. They were friendly and professional and helped us even though they were booked solid with appointments. Thank you so much Tri-Am!

Spent 2 week trying to trade ours and buy an RV from these folks. We were trying to figure out if we wanted to pay the cash difference or finance it. We opted to finance it but apparently they already knew we had cash in the bank account. After getting a purchase order from TriAm (with the $ deal laid out) and dealing with our bank we drove our RV 100 miles to make the trade. When we got there, they said they would need another $ 2000 to make the trade; They said my roof was bad. After we left we went to another RV dealer and they pointed out holes «poked in my roof» and the roof was recently ripped up. We got really screwed over by these guys. They are as shady as they come. Watch out for Tom.
