I was looking for a place to change my oil in Ocala during work since I live in Gainesville. This place had a coupon online, they did fast work and were very friendly! I will go back now every time for my oil changes.

While driving north on I-​75 with my mom and baby, the car decided to stop working just before the exit to Ocala. After a little while on the side of the road it started again and we found Tuffy off the exit. Let me just to tell you, it was a shot in the dark, but man it was a great shot! My father was a mechanic for thirty years and guessed the problem they told us: computer issue. It was a quick fix with a part they had on hand. pricing completely reasonable. The owner or manager, Victor got us in quickly and is a youth minister at a local church. You could tell in his dealings with everyone in the waiting area he was a respectable man. His assistant offered to drive us anywhere for lunch after she took an elderly lady home. After we left we got a call while north of Tallahassee from them just to make sure we were ok. Now that is customer service! Highly recommend.
