Brambles, located in historic Occoquan, specializes in «artful necessities for home and garden.» We sell many «green» recycled items and many Made In America items. Our store is best described as a little bit french country and a little bit garden. Our best sellers are: farm tables, cabinets, media centers, coffee tables etc. made from 100 – 200 yr. old reclaimed pine made in PA; Lee Industries sofas and chairs made in NC; Capri Blue soy candles in recycled handblown glass containers made in MS; recycled vintage furniture and artifacts; vintage windows recycled into wonderful mirrors; vintage mirror frames recycled into beautiful frames for our original paintings; sterling silver jewelry handcrafted in Alex.; handpainted roofing slates recycled from old houses in Alex.; handblown glass «Trees of Enchantment» balls. History

Established in 1997.

Brambles opened in 1997 as a showcase for the owners artwork and has evolved over the years to something much more. It still is a showcase for her artwork but also a very inspiring and fun store. Many people have said that they would like to live here.
