This food is horrible! Don’t waste your money. You are better off getting a frozen pizza for way less expensive. We ordered a pizza, wings, and a salad. The pizza tasted like cardboard, the salad was wilted and brown so we couldn’t even eat it. The wings didn’t even look like wings. Not sure what they were. Will never order from them again!

As my bros and I anxiously waited for what seemed to be an eternity, the order arrived dilapidated and haggard looking. The order arrived 1:45 minutes after it was placed. If you order captains pizza you should order it yesterday.

Ordered two large pizzas and an order of fried pickles for four people. All four of us determined that the pizza was absolutely tasteless and the dough had the consistency of cardboard. Tried to get the manager to make things right; he didn’t seem to care. Fried pickles were good. Barely two stars for the fried pickles. We had to reorder pizza from Grotto Pizza. Expensive evening. Won’t be ordering anything else from Captain’s. The «Captain» should be demoted!

I’ve been coming to Captains ever since I was a kid. It’s become a tradition in my family. I truly wish more people knew about this place. Great food, Great People, Fast delivery. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

28″ pizza is a great way to feed a crowd on the beach. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and couldn’t finish it. We were on 136th Street Beach and they delivered it to beach entrance. Solid deal for $ 14/​couple after tax and tip. I haven’t had their wings this year, but they were average to slightly above in previous years.

We got the 24″ or 20″ pizza, which ever is the biggest they have. It was really good. It barely fit through the front door. The delivery guy was nice. AND they are open late. Will order from them again.

I totally hated this pizza — Thin crust and small for a «large» pizza – paying 24 $ for 2 pizzas is not a good deal. – The plus side is some family members liked the pizza, and didnt feel like me. The people behind the counter were unfreindly and looked like They were doing me a favor when I picked Pizza up. I guess I should be used to High priced Pizza in OC… but after a full week in OC this was my only purchase I regretted.

Captains has good pizza, nothing to write home about but it’s not bad either. What I really liked was their Philly Chease Steak Sub. It was perfect. I have had deliveries from them and have also dined there. One thing I will say is that the employees always have treated me very nicely.
