Justine’s Ice Cream Parlour

We enjoyed atmosphere better than the goodies. My tortoise parfait (i think it was called) was 2 scoops of my flavors and butterscotch syrup whip cream and a cherry. I liked it but I never tasted any butterscotch at all. Which is why I chose it. My daughter said her milkshake was thin. My son had no complaints on cookie dough w/​chocolate sprinkle cone.
The parlour was great though! Pac man and Crane game inside. The owner is a poster collector and had a little Star Wars shrine set up. Loved it. They offer an ice cream challenge that looked fun too. Great outdoor seating at the bay. Horseshoe crabs swimming around. Wish somebody would clean out the trash. Eyesore.
Was good and fun here.

I got the peanut butter swirl and it was ok… The service was slower but the other people in my party we very satisfied.

The highly lauded top-​tier pretzel peanut butter shake was way way too salty. Couldn’t even finish half of it. I was disappointed.

Justine’s is awesome! Best milkshakes anywhere, very creative combinations! Chocolate peanut butter pretzel… enough said. Staff is really friendly, older gentlemen owns it and is a pleasure. Give them a try over dumsers!

Fantastic milkshakes. Peanut Butter and Choc. Delicious. We have been to Justines many times since buying our condo close by. Skip the chains and go to locally owned spots!

Salty caramel pretzel shake was awesome! My husband really liked the pb swirl ice cream. I definitely thought it was better than Dumser’s! Nice clean place that is now our go to for dessert! Check out their wall of shakes because they have some nifty ones.

The selection of ice cream is amazing. The staff was friendly and the portions were huge. It was a great way to end the night of a great day. I drove by several times and saw their sign but never stopped. So glad I did tonight. The espresso chip was the best. I love coffee ice cream, but this was even better.

I was recently on vacation near Ocean City and had a real craving for a Chocolate Malt. About the same time, I saw the sign for Justine’s. I already knew what I wanted, but was overwhelmed when I saw the «Famous Wall of Shakes»…it would have taken me ages to make up my mind! To make a long story short… my Chocolate Malt was outstanding (can’t always get malt at ice cream parlors these days for some reason) and the service was terrific and very friendly! I will certainly return when visiting Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach!

A great ice cream shop, and open late! My boyfriend and I arrived at 11:30 pm. He got a coconut milkshake which tasted like delicious fresh coconut. I got chocolate peanut butter ice cream with hot fudge. Sooooo good. I recommend this place!

We first went to Dumsers Dairyland-​the line was RIDICULOUS. Do not make the same mistake we did! Come to Justine’s first. The line is long, but not as bad as Dairyland and there are way more choices! We both got sundaes. I got the Terrapin-​hot fudge, wet walnuts and butterscotch. Perfection. My boyfriend got the brownie sundae, she even warmed up the brownie! highly recommended!

Please go wait in line at the nearby Dumsers so that we don’t have to waif in line here. Friendly staff, many options, and good ice cream — they use Jack & Jill ice cream here. I’ve had better ice cream, but not in Ocean City.

If you are looking for a crazy milkshake concoction or a variety of different ice cream flavors than this probably is the place to go, which is the only reason I am giving this a 3 star rating. I however did not try one of these and went for a basic vanilla soft serve with sprinkles. I was disappointed as soon as I dug into the rainbow bedazzled foam cup. Instead of a creamy velvety texture, I was greeted with gritty textured frozen mush… I feel like I could have went to McDonalds and received a better quality soft serve.

Had a wide variety of ice cream, however, wasn’t feeling like trying cotton candy, crazy rainbow vanilla, lemon lime something or another, etc. Had a selection of milkshakes, but couldn’t read them. Couldn’t decide on what to get, and got soft serve in a sprinkle covered waffle cone. Ugh, soft serve had chunks of something and the cone was stale. Quite disappointed after paying over $ 5 for it.

Best ice cream in OCMD!!! Several favors to choose from and it doesn’t melt before you eat it! (Unlike another ice cream place here!) Service was great, prices good & atmosphere phenomenal! You can eat your ice cream while sitting on their patio with bay view!

My family of four stopped in on our vacation this week. Best milkshake I have ever had!!! The older gentleman working was so patient and friendly. We ordered coconut chocolate shake, creamsicle shake, peanut butter chocolate shake and our 18 month old had scoop of cookies and cream ice cream. So happy we found this place, we will be back!!!

Great ice cream. I had some caramel crunch type of flavor and it was creamy and perfect in every way. I was able to try a few flavors and they were all good. My friends got some shakes that all looked delicious!

Justine’s Ice Cream has some scrumdidiliumptious flavors going on in their ice cream alone but where they stand out is their selections of awesome milk shakes. I had the salty caramel ice cream and would definitely get it again if I go back. I tried a few friends shakes and was impressed by the flavor combos. Definitely worth the extra dollar or two to get one of their shakes. Service was quite friendly and rally made the place stand out.

Mmmmmm Mmmm Mmmm!!! My friends and I like our Kohr’s Bros but wanted something different. Actually on our way to get Kohr’s for the third time on our vacation we passed Justine’s and looked it up on Unilocal.They had such great reviews so we decided to give it a try. They are known for their shakes so that is what I got. It’s such a hard decision so I chose between two (sweet and salty caramel pretzel and the peanut butter pretzel) and left it up to the kid to surprise me. He chose the sweet and salty and it was absolutely delicious! Small was a perfect size as well. Every sip had pretzel pieces!!! Some friends got ice cream and loved theirs as well. One friend got the chocolate pretzel shake and said it was just chocolatey. She didn’t really enjoy it at all.

Our party was craving ice cream so using tripadvisor reviews as my guide I selected this place despite it being a bit out of our way. We were not disappointed. The venue is very appealing and has a wall of shakes that I have to say was rather unique. I ordered the sundae with rocky road and cherry jubilee ice cream flavors and it was worldly. I also ordered the mandarin shake, which combined chocolate and orange. At first it had a puke-​like after taste but somehow I became acquired to it and started to really like it just before finishing. All other members of my party really liked the place as well. I also even got to practice a little russian with the bulgarian worker and another russian worker. The bulgarian was extremely friendly and I only regret not taking his information down. This place was nothing short of excellent and I will confirm another visit here should I make my way to OCMD again.

We loved the Justine’s in St. Michaels so we were pretty excited to see the OC location within walking distance from our hotel.
Unfortunately it isn’t the same quality, something is certainly afoot here.
Granted, I picked my ice cream without trying it but it was so good at the other location I had no reason to doubt it.
I had the peach and it was full of ice chips and had really artificial flavor.
I took a couple bites and couldn’t get any further.
I was super disappointed. When I commit to some serious calorie intake I’m ready for some indulgence and I was thwarted with craptastic iced «cream».
I gave 2 stars because the employee was very friendly.

Overpriced Jack & Jill ice cream. For the amount of coin this placed cost should of just gone to Dumsers.

We were excited to stop in after a game of mini golf up the street and chose Justine’s over others do to the Unilocal reviews and advertising of accolades from the NY Times as «ten best in the country». Imagine our disappointment to see a worker changing out tubs marked «Jack and Jill» — grocery store ice cream. Makes that $ 4/​scoop price seem like we got taken for a ride.
Just goes to show… Unilocal reviews aren’t everything. Rita’s and Dumser’s down the street at least seem to be original.

We’ve been coming to ‘Ice Cream Castle’, now Justine’s, for over a decade, up to three times a week while in Ocean City, and the only issue we have ever had has been the language barrier between us and the workers.
The Sandcastle Sundae remains to be a challenge year after year for our family!

I’ve had a lot of ice cream yet to see a ice cream place with the wall of shakes, I ordered the cream sickle shake. The shake was very good and the wall is creatively designed but the shake was $ 5.99 a pretty penny, but you won’t believe this. The ice cream parlor with very ice cream purchased you get entered for a Baltimore orioles drawing for a game, 4 tickets if you win. Go to the ice cream shop if you want a creative shake or tasty ice cream, sweet creams.

Having scooped ice cream for 7 years during my youth, I’m an ice cream snob. And boy, does Justine’s fit the bill! After having an unsuccessful Choco PB Shake at Dumsers, I saw the light at Justine’s with the «Wall of Shakes»! Oh heavens… Skip the local chains, hit up this OC 2013 newcomer. YUMMY!!!
