3 stars is dead on for this place. Its unfortunate because it could easily be a 4 star with a culture change in customer service. Food was good, service not bad but went in on Saturday and we were the only 2 people in there. They had the music blasting etc… Got a steak and cheese and only half had cheese on it lol. When asked for more cheese the smart ass owner put 2 cold slices on it and sent it back to the table. No wonder youre restaurant is dead on a Saturday.

Horrible pizza I mean just the worst but the only saving grace this place had was the amazing phone person I spoke with. He said his name was Evan and he was sooooo polite and professional it made the whole experience worth while. Plus great Beer selection. And the bar is made of some great quality oak wood and I love it.

Pizza Tugos is my favorite pizzaria in Ocean City, Maryland. Their all you can eat cheese pizza special is the best deal you will find anywhere! Tugos’ pizza is delicious! The slightly sweet sauce is what really makes it stand out. The cheese is of good quality and the crust is very good. The crust is thin, but not so thin that you can’t hold it. My wife likes the indoor/outdoor seating option and water view. Tugos is a «must» on our list every time we come to OC.

Ordered the veggie pizza and pepperoni pizza. They were both good but when we got the delivery, the pizzas were wet. It seems that the steam from the pizza in the box may have caused it. So it affected the taste of the pizzas. Maybe it’ll be best to go there to eat instead of getting delivery. Also the fried pickles were really bad. I was surprised that they actually didn’t slice the pickles thinly crossways(like chips) and then batter and fry them. They were cut longways so the batter was falling off them and were impossible to eat without the batter falling off.

I know you have to expect to pay more at the beach, but Pizza Tugos was a let down. Pizza wasn’t bad but very small. The Italian hoagies were small plus they forgot to put dressing on. Decent in the pinch, but I will be trying elsewhere for OC pizza.

Delicious, greasy, drunk food. Simple as that.(18th street location)

Worst pizza and service of my life, I was sitting in line and the owner who appeared drunk was starting a fight out front of his business. Wow never again…

Best pizza place in ocean city and the fastest delivery service ever. And the pizzas are just awesome!

Extraordinary pizza, not so standard customer service. Delivery person questioned if I paid, which I had online, after i reassured him that I did he left. After a couple bites and jokes with a 10 member dinner party, the delivery person returned insisting I didn’t pay. The next 10 minutes involved me standing in the doorway: showing an email confirmation, watching the gent speak to his manger, then speaking to the manage, just to arrive at a «oh, it was a Web order.»

(6÷23÷2010) Got late night delivery at 3am during a torrential downpour. Pizza Tugos was willing and able. Ordered the extra-large The Godfather. The pizza came within the promised time frame, about 30 minutes, but they must’ve rushed it to make it out the door. We were on the first floor of a motel, kid knocked on the sliding glass door in the back instead of the usual front door, scared the living daylights out of us, almost called the cops on him, but he was very nice and soaked from the rain. Pizza was near cold in the middle, cheese not melted and toppings still crunchy, doughy and uncooked in the center. Would’ve preferred they’d taken the extra time to cook it, and it was pretty expensive(although likely, you’re paying for the service of late night delivery). Would get your late night munchies from somewhere else, they’re all overpriced. NOTE: address is 11623 Coastal Hwy(at 166th Street).

Went with the family and I won’t be going back. Pizza was greasy, service was mediocre. The $ 5.99 all you can eat is cheese only. They ran out of lids for our soda cups. The overpriced side salad was not made with fresh ingredients. It’s a dive. Thumbs down.

Don’t mind the terrible service, just bring me extra ranch, a bottle of tums and let me be is my montra when I go. I never was one for marinara sauce but theirs is actually pretty nice since it has hints of fresh basil. This crust and good cheese combo is a perk.

Three stars is right on the money for this place. It’s completely average in every way. Not the cleanest, not the best service and the pizza was«OK». I wouldn’t recommend not going there, but I’d only recommend it if your options are limited.

We went here to watch the Raven’s Steelers wildcard playoff game Saturday(GORAVENS!!!) They were really crowded(good sign) and LOTS and I mean lots of TV’s all over the place at different angles which was good for a table of 4. We got garlic parm wings which were actually really good. I am usually a wing purist and prefer to keep it real with wings– STAYWITHHOTSAUCE if you ask me. But my mom ordered them, so I’ll let it slide. And we got a cheese pizza. Lots of beers were consumed as well. Their beer list is actually REALLY impressive… less impressive was the fact that that they were out of like 12 of them. Which kinda sucks– they should probably plan better. However, we won the game, the food was good and the beers they did have were a flowin. So, all in all, we likey.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because the staff was not only pleasant but fun & tolerant. The food was just okay. The beer selection is THEBEST in OC. Big beer knurd here. We were in town for my mom’s birthday. My uncle’s band was playing next door at Trader Lee’s but they don’t sell food. I went over for a sandwich and noticed the sign for $ 5 crushes. So I had one. Then I noticed they had Dead Rise on tap. Words cannot describe the excitement that filled this beer-loving Maryland girl’s heart. I went next door and told my sister and we pledge to try the beer before the end of the night. This resulted in us darting back and forth between Trader Lee’s and Tugos for the remainder of the evening. We drank at both places so things got really silly(RE: obnoxious), real fast. After the band wrapped up at Trader Lee’s, Tugos was still open so we headed back over. We drank A LOT of Dead Rise. A lot. The bartender was really nice and accommodating. We drank other things. We got more food. We were loud. Luckily, there weren’t many other people there(seriously, apologies to other people there. I don’t know what we were thinking. Something like, «this is our Cheers!» I don’t know…) All & all, we had a great time and really appreciated the hospitality. I just wish this place weren’t so far from the main strip since they do have such a magnificent wall of beer, the likes of which, truly, cannot be found anywhere else in OC. OCBC has a great selection, too, but I’m pretty sure Tugos has more and they are just different things. Love me some OCBC, too, though!

Pretty good place, I’d certainly go back. A very busy place. Since they were busy it was a service issue but they tried to keep up w/the patrons. Pretty good wings and and pizza, not great but good. Nothing wrong w/that. You won’t have a lot of room… it’s that busy.

HEAVILYRECOMMENDED: I’ve been going to Tugos for about 10 years whether at this location or on Coastal Hwy. Pizza is very good. Not overly greasy, sometime there is a little too much sauce. They also have a nice cheap all you can eat pizza deal. The only issue I ever have is the fact they ask if we still want more… lady, get back in the kitchen and fired up 3 more pies. We hon’gry.

The $ 7.99 unlimited CHEESE pizza(only) is a decent deal. Good place to carb up before a night of drinking. The pizza is fresh, steaming hot, and crisp. Great craft beer selection, surprisingly.

Pretty decent pie! We ordered pizza delivery from Tugo’s and enjoyed it. The delivery time was quoted at 30 minutes, but arrived more quickly than that. We used a coupon from one of the local coupon/ad books(picked up at Dumser’s) and got two XL cheese pizzas for $ 25. The pizzas were pretty big — and they slice them super big, too! They had a thin crust, loads of tangy sauce, and gooey cheese. We were all fans of the sauce! Overall a good pie for a good price. Nice casual dinner in so we could enjoy the beach longer!
