my training began with Swedish and deep tissue massage but over the course of 20 years my skill set has expanded to include sports massage, cranial sacral therapy, lomi lomi, myofascial/​trigger point therapy, Thai bodywork, cupping and Healing Touch (to name a few).

I meet your treatment goals with an overall desire to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension and impart deep relaxation. my style reflects what i’m looking for in a massage session; attention to detail, flow, and results.

History

Established in 1994.

upon graduating from the Swedish Institute in 1994, my massage career has taken me from chiropractor offices and gyms to traveling with touring musicians and working in some of the most prestigious hotel spas in NYC. i’ve worked with professional athletes, celebrities, entertainers and just about everyone in between!

in addition to providing massage to clients at the jersey shore and in NYC, i am also an educator for Beauty Secrets, Ila, and red flower.

my massage style is an integrated blend of traditional massage strokes and energetic modalities with a focused intention of igniting your six senses to create a space for healing and rest within the body. during your massage session i may incorporate Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques as well as Thai pressure points and stretching, Reiki, and Craniosacral therapy in order to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension and impart deep relaxation.

i strive to live an ‘ayatana lifestyle’ with a devoted yoga practice, surfing, eating a vegan diet, and receiving regular massage and acupuncture.
