I do not normally write reviews, but after my experience with Rickey, I had to!
He gave us an excellent and thorough home inspection! We are a young couple trying to buy our first home, so we were unsure of what to expect. He promptly showed up with a smile and explained what a home inspection entails. did not mind that we wanted to stay during part of it. He sent us a fully detailed 30 page report with pictures by 9am the next morning! It was very easy to understand and everything inside it was explained. Anyone seeking an knowledgeable and certified home inspector, we fully recommend him! Great, fair price for a QUALITY home inspection!
Hopefully we will be able to close on this house, but in the event that we do not and need a home inspection on another house. we will be calling him!
