Business Owner

Dr. Milam is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She received her medical degree, as well as completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. She has been in private practice with her husband, Dr. Bradley Sams, in Ocean Springs since 2000.

Dr. Milam is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Mississippi Medical Association and the American Association of Bariatric Physicians.

In addition to her gynecology practice, Dr. Milam owns and operates the Medspa at the Islands in Ocean Springs, a medical day spa that addresses the ever-​changing aging process.

The addition of Medi-​Weightloss Clinics® to Dr. Milam’s practice provides a wonderful opportunity to assist in treating one of America’s leading health concerns through appropriate diet and lifestyle changes.
