It was nice to have somone who answered the phone, Elton, who is also very knowledgeable about plumbing. As once I gave him the description of the problem, he was able to give a «most likely…» scenario as well as «though not very common, it could also be…», and the costs associated with each scenarios. He had the problem fixed quickly and it was within our budget, and the problem was just as he suspected.

Found this company on the web and called on their special «$ 69.00 clear any drain» set up appointment for 4 pm with Elton for them to go to the rental property, even gave them my credit card # so that things could get completed ASAP. Later I get a call and text that property was locked, they went to the wrong property so they promised to set up an appointment later that evening for the following day. Never heard back so I called and text around 8 am, get a text reply that they can be there at 2 pm so I call within minutes to confirm and then I’m told that «probably wont be available until 4 pm». Questioned Elton on the changes of time and the delay, he hung up on me.
So will definitely not recommend this company.

Great service, great price! Elton was professional and courteous. Called ahead and arrived earlier than promised. He did the job for the price quoted.
