This was my third time coming here. It was always nice and professional until they changed management. New management rather take care of the new employees with pedicures before customers. Never coming here again!

You get what you pay for! The pedicure is 13.99 it was a quick job. My pedi doesn’t look terrible but I don’t feel like it was the best either. They do disinfect after each customer which is important to me.
I would say if I’m in a rush like today I will come back.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I love this place! Super reasonable prices and my nails always come out so good! Everyone’s super nice and funny. I recommend this place for anyone looking for low prices but good quality and awesome looking nails :)

Don’t ever go here it was the first time I went for my birthday and they are so rude my nails came out like shit my friend also went. And wanted cheetah print all she did was make black blobs for it they were so bad

I really don’t feel good about writing this review but feel its necessary. A gal named Née (sp?) gave me the most aggressive pedicure of my life. She hurt me and made me bleed. She even gave me odd nicks and cuts that I felt happening but couldn’t figure out how she was doing it. I had to speak with Kaiser nurses to make sure I was treating wounds properly. My toes were raw and swollen for at least a week. Three weeks later I got another pedi at my regular salon. See the difference in red swollen and painful toes?

Last august my boyfriend wanted to surprise me by taking me out to get my nails done while he got a haircut for our one year anniversary. I was helped by a middle aged Asian man who wouldn’t give me any eye contact and spoke in another language the whole time. While he was putting on my acrylics he cut me open in two places on my finger with his electric filer which he pretended didn’t happen until my index finger was all bloody which he reacted by not acknowledging that I was in pain poured a burning solution on and went back to destroying my nail beds. He couldn’t even give me a simple apology. My nails came out crooked and uneven and didn’t even last a week. Then to my pedicure rushed me through the whole thing and went ahead and painted my big toe a compeletly different colour without asking me I figured he was making fun of me for getting my nails done in the same colour except for my ring finger which is the trend nowadays. Anyways he treated me like an animal the entire time and after I was waiting for my boyfriend to come back he began along with a few other staff members started making fun of me and laughing saying that my boyfriend ditched me and didn’t care about me and wasn’t coming back for me. Honestly the whole experience has held me back from ever getting my nails done again. I will let everyone I know to never do business with such baffoons.

Been a customer here for over 5 years, not only did I get overcharged but when I went to get my nail fixed that broke the same day, (I paid $ 60) she told me she would be charging me, I had to throw a fit, and threaten calling licensing to get my nail fixed. I wouldn’t write this review if I wasn’t so upset with lack of customer service, especially when paying top dollar for a service half the people don’t even have licenses to be there working. I will be following up with bbb :)

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! don’t waste your time or your money here.
Not only do they rush you and flop you from one person to another, but the work is terrible. I got shellacs and they started lifting and peeling off 4 days later. I couldn’t go to my regular place and they last 1 – 2 weeks. I even told the nail tech. that day he said that it wont lift and it did. The lady there is SO RUDE! and they leave nail polish on your skin and when you ask them to clean it they get upset and start saying things in their language. C’mon its obvious you’re talking about me.

So I have come here off and on several times and I’m sad to say that the last two times were unpleasant. They were not busy when I had stopped by in the early afternoon, yet my mani and pedi were rushed. Seemed like every step was hurried and I can tell by the quality of both my hands and feet. My old polish wasn’t even fully removed prior to him about to start with the new polish.
None of the three workers (there were two males and one female) seemed friendly at all. They barely said anything to me the entire time I was there.
I suppose you get what you pay for, but that’ll certainly be the last time I waste my time or money at this establishment.

The customer service here is flat out horrific ! I called and made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed by Kim and when we got there they made me wait 25mins, they took three other people before me and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. They over charge for poor quality. The place is run down and dirty as well.

I’ve been here two or three times, no offense to the men who always do my nails but you guys are not the best manicurist. I don’t recommend this place. Service is so so, the facility is very average & my nails never seem to look very nice which is always really disappointing. If you want an inexpensive mani/​pedi try Joy Nails up the road it’s 100x better.

What drew me in was the $ 13.99 pedicure price. I was a little taken back when I walked in as it is a very small little hole in the wall and wasn’t sure how to feel on first glance. But I quickly changed my opinion as Kathy did such a great job on my pedicure.
She made sure the water was to my liking, and she took her time on everything she did and was super precise and made sure to go back in and make sure my polish was perfect!

Love going here to get my eyebrows done. I always ask for Kim. She reshapes them for me and waxes them! She is very personable and I find it easy to talk to her. Considering they only charge $ 6, it is well worth it.
Taking one star because they always misquote me on times of arrival. When Kim or another person in charge of waxing isn’t present, it takes them over 20 minutes to arrive and by then, I’m already gone.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened for my eyebrows and have been going since. Kim is easy to talk to and doesn’t just wax but goes back in to shape them. I also feel that the wax last longer than most and doesn’t hurt at all or leave my face red. My mom is really picky about eyebrow waxes due to her sensitive skin and she loves it too as well as my two sisters.

Not number 1 in my book. Pink and white fill was expensive and the man who did them didn’t even do the white straight :(I also asked for squarish tips and they are very rounded. My pedicure was FAST and the lady was bossy. Displeased with this place.

Really wish I could give them a great review, they go to my church. I know they are good people and mean well. I have gone there multiple times in the past year and the quality keeps getting worse and worse. Maybe it’s the products they are using. Very nice staff though.
