Amazing Synthetic Greens & Lawns

I’ve hired Jordan (Amazing synthetic Greens & Lawns) on two separate occasions in a span of 5 years. The first job was at our first home with a small 9′ x 20′ backyard. Jordan came out and fitted our backyard and provided some great advice. Our home eventually sold for a great deal more than the average price for our neighborhood and his work was a major contributing factor to that. Fast forward to our new home a few years later, Jordan again surprised us with great work and advice. Jordan didn’t blindly follow my instructions. He offered his input and made suggestions I eventually took. We are very pleased with the results. Having Jordan work our yard was well worth the wait. LIke one other post mentioned, he’s busy. When you’re good, everyone wants to hire you. I would hire Jordan and his Amazing Synthetic Greens and Lawns again and will given the opportunity. One thing that I appreciated was that Jordan didn’t ask for any payment until his crew was complete with the job and had moved on. He trusted that we would pay and even offered to take payment through the mail. He’s a professional, talented at giving great artistic advice, and reliable for making you happy with the work that he’s done. Thanks Jordan!

BUYER BEWARE. Jordan was professional and prompt at the beginning. But if you care about warranty service, forget about it. He is too busy working on new jobs for customers paying him money than to take care of prior customers. Notice that all his 5-​star reviews are about his work right after he put the product in. I would have given him a high rating also at a time when he was responsive because he wanted my money. But a year or so later when the grass started turning white due to calcium buildup, he promised to come to handle it, he failed to show up, promised again, failed to show up, over and over and over. I posted a bad review and then he contacted me and promised to come out to address the problem if I would remove the bad review. So I did. He came out but could not figure out how to fix the problem. It started over, he promised to get a better cleaning machine and would fix it, but never showed up again. I would not recommend him to anyone. This review is staying up this time.

Jordan is unique in his creativity and attention to detail. His crew is highly motivated by his superb leadership skills producing an exceptional lawn. Jordan was very easy to work with, listening to our desires and on several occasions going beyond what was planned. His personal touch was more than I have experienced with other contractors and the end result was fabulous. If you are looking to learn about and install a synthetic lawn, Jordan and Amazing Synthetic Greens & Lawns is the place to go. The name is not just a catchy advertising name, it truly describes his work!

Our lawn is beautiful! As promised Jordan said he would make us happy and do a good job; and he did. His crew worked from 7 am until after 3 pm everyday. They showed up on time and stayed on my yard until it was finished. Jordan came everyday to oversee the project. All were very professional. We highly recommend him. No middle man since he is the owner. If there were 10 stars here he would get them. Price is very comparable to other companies.

Jordan is the best. I have finally found someone as picky as I am about doing a job right.
He was honest and forthright with the quote. He will tell you; «I am not the cheapest but I believe we are the best.» Believe him. Don’t cut corners and just shop on price with something as complex as synthetic turf. We picked Jordan because he had done over 7 homes in our neighborhood and they all look great. People raved about him and now I know why.
Highlights:
Jordan himself was onsite regularly working with his crew and inspecting everything. He has an eye for detail and will not settle for anything less than perfect work.
His crew were all professional and top notch. Especially his main man, Caesar.
Tons of time put into proper prep. Anyone can slap down some turf, the real work is in proper prep and sculpting of the lawn surface.
Whenever there was a question, Jordan immediately texted my wife or I for direction instead of waiting or guessing.
Super communicative from when the turf was going to be delivered to informing us of where we were with the project.
The truck delivering the turf leaked oil in the road.
I mentioned it to Jordan and he power washed the road to get the oil out even though it was not his truck.
Finally, and this is the big one. At the end of the project, we added on total rework to our irrigation. Jordan tried some new drip line manifolds and it turned out they were no good and all leaked.
Without me having to ask, Jordan replaced every single drip line manifold with a different model that did not leak and personally redid the job himself spending most of a day at our house. After that, we had a crack in one of the irrigation pipes and Jordan came out promptly and repaired it himself.
Don’t even bother with anyone else. I always joke to my wife that when you write a check to a contractor, there is a good chance you are buying a headache. What is your sanity worth? If you value it at all, you will use him and sleep well at night.
And Jordan was not outrageous with his price. He was competitive.
Bottom line, our yard looks spectacular and I give Jordan our highest recommendation.

We chose Jordan and his crew based on a nearby neighbor’s recommendation. Boy are we glad we did. Jordan is a real innovative perfectionist. He and his great crew installed a cobblestone driveway and an artificial turf front yard. He contoured the drive to eliminate the drainage problem that we had before. He also was creative in adding some mounds to the yard to provide some depth and more interest. Jordan did most of the grading himself and was on the job site almost all the time. His crew are well trained and courteous. They offered to bring the groceries in for my wife and were willing to help anyway they could. The end result was a job that we are really pleased with.

Jordan is a total professional. We had him out quoting a job for my moms backyard, and his product and customer service are top notch. I would definitely use him in the future.

This company is everything these reviews indicate it to be. Jordan and his team are a pleasure to work with– they arrived promptly at 7am daily to start work, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves every single day, worked quickly and efficiently and are easy to get along with. They adapt to changes easily, even added little touches that we wouldn’t have thought of, wouldn’t have noticed if they hadn’t done, and certainly didn’t ‘pay’ for, but they did it anyway.
We are equally as impressed with them as we are our lawn and new sitting wall, thank you!

Work just completed and I am so satisfied. Team work is the name of this outfit. Hats off to Jordan and his crew. Trust me folks, you will NOT be dissatisfied. I gave Jordan my design and he followed it. Normally contractors will try to talk you out of something, but it did not happen in my case. His crew were very courteous.
At the end of each day, they would leave their work area clean.

I was looking for synthetic grass for my backyard and met with 7 other companies, including the big name company. A friend of mine was jogging past a completed turf job that had the Amazing Synthetic Greens & Lawns sign on it and texted me a photo. I decided to call to get a quote. After meeting with Mr. Jordan Garrett I knew my search had ended. As the name implies, the experience of working with him was nothing less than «Amazing»! The quality and appearance of the turf was the best I had seen and his price was very reasonable. He gave me references and I went and looked at completed jobs and spoke with people who had his turf installed. All were happy with the results.
I have to say, as with all the other reviews, Jordan’s obvious expertise, knowledge of drainage and irrigation, technical savvy, attention to detail, professionalism, and just overall magnificent work ethic is to be highly commended.
He laid out a plan with me step by step. When installation day came, he and his crew went about the task in a most efficient manner. Not only did he personally arrive with his crew, he worked alongside them for the entire day. It was a team effort and what a team!
The finished product was ready in a day. The price was very reasonable. The whole experience was easy and great. The turf has been in for about 9 months and still looks perfect without any issues. Best investment, no need to water or mow and always looks great. Thanks Jordan!

Mr. Garrett is the best of the three installers I have used.
I am a demanding person, and very much the technician.
He did this work maybe a year or less ago.
I chose him because he was the only one personally recommended by the
manufacturer. Most slap the lawn in, but he assures a lasting application and
aesthetic/​practical quality. I have not had any regrets whatsoever, finally!
Believe me, this is an industry that you must investigate before leaping.
The guy gets a 9.5 from me. He is intelligent, fair, and manages his troops closely.
The others were standard or sub-​standard. My opinion is you have the best with him.

When making a decision on synthetic grass companies there are two primary components in the decision process: Which company has the grass you like best and which will do the best job installing it. Since grass preference varies by person and the nature of where it’s being installed I’m somewhat neutral between TigerTurf and some of the other leading manufactures. However, when it comes to installation I was extremely impressed with Jordan and his crew.
From the first time Jordan came over to review the job he immediately made recommendations and pointed out things that other installers overlooked. He’s incredibly meticulous and takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile in making design recommendations that others don’t.
I’ve had contractors at my house for six months for various projects ranging from landscaping to kitchen remodeling. Jordan’s crew is among the most respectful and all around well-​mannered team I’ve come across.
Upon completion of the project he was very quick to respond to any follow up questions I had with the installation.
All in all it was a great experience and I strongly recommend to anyone looking at synthetic grass that they consider Amazing Synthetic Greens.

They installed a 1,000 square foot competitive, fun putting green in my back yard, including 2 Tee Boxes. Very professional and friendly crew; always cleaned up after themselves. The owner, Jordan, is a golfer and really knows his stuff. Our putting green has several curves and slight hills instead of just a boring, flat putting green. Our family has a wonderful, fun time playing out there. They also do a wonderful job with installing artificial turf with precision. Can not see the seams. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
