Do not hire this company! After 3 months of poor responsiveness and missed deadlines, the non-​employees showed up unannounced with no contract TWICE and completely botched the job with shoddy workmanship and damaged my neighbors fence in the process. Instead of trying to make us happy, they gave us cryptic quotes with higher prices after weeks of no work, no fence, no calls being returned. We offered them a fair price to finish and they said no and took the lumber they had left for three weeks with no fence between our properties. We finally paid them $ 200 to go away and only leave us posts. Our new contractor finished the job for less than the price we offered Barrett.
Every contractor who quoted us the job after Barrett left said they obviously had no fence experience and were charging us way over market. This company is a nightmare

Barrett Southwest Fence installed fences for two neighbors and myself for shared fencing. It was an adequate job. I agreed to the project with the understanding that Barrett Southwest Fence would continue the fence across the rest of my property line as a follow-​up job. Jason Barrett took the measurements for pricing and despite numerous attempts to contact Jason (email, text, phone, website) to finish the project, he was totally unresponsive. I am left with an incomplete job and looking for another company to finish the fence. Very poor customer service. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
