Beach House Winery

The drive to Beach House Winery was awesome! The vino was good as well, however we had a huge concern… Kids were there and un-​attended… Super crazy, as two children were up on the terrace and one pulled a chair up to the wall and was about to climb onto it. Well over the fence was very steep. We went over to this child and said: Gosh~“Not a good idea” and the mother (seemed to be intoxicated) took over, Thank the awesome Lord above, because this child could of lost his life. The other kid was running up and down the spiral staircase…
We brought this concern to George, the owner and his reply: «We are a family friendly place, and kids are allowed, but not at the bar. ummm Yet there was wine served up on the terrace… apparently this two beautiful children were with their parents and the parents work party. It was a Home Depot, Oceanside Employee Party… Gosh so not cool… the children should of been w/​a babysitter, perhaps they could of gone to the park and or play at home safely…
We sure hope the children got home safely. Geez Home Depot, Oceanside employees… really… I wonder if their Managers knew of this: A Home Depot Employee Party»
Not sure if we will recommend to any of our friends and not sure if we will be back, such a bummer… It is what it is. right or is it…

What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Awesome views in every direction from their spacious rooftop deck (including an ocean view), and the wines really exceeded my expectations. And while I’m no wine expert, I’m a member at Wiens and Chapin in Temecula along with a few in Paso, and Beach House certainly held their own. Really sweet couple who runs it, so it’s a smaller operation and there isn’t food served there, but you can certainly bring your own.

One of the hidden gems of North County, come for the view and stay for the great wine and hospitality. Beach House Winery has one of the best views in North County from the beach to Mt. Palomar.

Felt like we were visiting relatives in there home. Kim and George were very welcoming and passionate about there wine making. We throughly enjoyed the rooftop deck while playing Yahtzee, sippin on some good wine and soaking in the gorgeous views.
Who knew you could have an ocean view in Bonsall!

Kim & George have a nice diamond in the rough here. I am not much of a wine drinker, but I have to say that I enjoy pretty much all of their wines. My wife is the wine drinker and she really likes the wines here. For me, it’s more about the wine. It’s about the owners Kim & George and how they get to know the people that come in and not only spend time at their winery, but spend money. They truly appreciate people and that they would not have a winery without people coming in and buying their wine.
Above the tasting room is a deck with chairs and you can see the mountains on the east and the ocean on the west. It is a great site.
I kinda hope no one reads these great reviews so we can keep Beach House Winery to ourselves.

on our way to Oceanside we stopped here glad we did. The wine was good, the view was wonderful the ambiance perfect start to a girls weekend away. Scary driveway hill on the way when you do not know where you are going. Great education from the owners.

Good wine, great views and friendly hosts. Nice variety with strong showing in both reds and whites. Very clean and professional operation. Spent hours talking to George about winemaking and he shows his passion. Well worth a visit.

After several visits to Beach House Winery, I can definitely say the experience there is amazing. George and Kim are warm and welcoming, and they enthusiastically share their craft with visitors. Their wines are top notch. The winery has a homey feel, and the views from the rooftop deck are not to be missed. If you love great wine in a great venue, make sure you check this little gem out!

My Fiancé and I had so much fun here! The owner was so sweet and accommodating. Driving there was an adventure in itself… a beautiful drive and a trek up a huge hill later, and we were surprised to end up at someone’s house! It took us a few minutes to realize that they called it Beach House because the winery is actually a house haha!
We had a wonderful time chatting with the owner and trying the wines. We loved the Merlot and ended up buying a bottle. She encouraged us to get a glass of our favorite wine, and to go up the spiral staircase to the roof where we were told to expect a spectacular view. We were not disappointed. It seemed like you could see all of San Diego! Stunning. I definitely recommend making the trek to this hidden gem.
Oh! And she’s neighbors with Jason Mraz – pretty cool!

Awesome ambiance and wines. Sunsets from the roof top desk with a glass of red are worth the trip.

George and Kim have a great venue, very nice wines and are a very nice friendly couple pursuing and sharing their passion. We are fortunate to have them in our community.
