The guys working there were no help, and had a sarcastic attitude. I would ask them a question and would get a very «smart» snobby response. Having been to a lot of self storage places all over the country usually they’re very accommodating to «special needs», but not this place they just sit behind the desk and let you figure out how to resolve your own problems and are quick to point out that you have a problem.

Cheep and on base. Usually with cheap comes bad service or implies some sort of seedy atmosphere where underhanded things take place. That is definitely not the case here. This is hands-​down the cleanest most professionally run self storage facility I have ever come across. The staff here are well trained and know exactly what they are talking about. The customer service here is always on top of its game and it shows every time I go in. Although I have only rented from them for a few months I can say that I feel secure with my prized possessions being stored there. As I was sure to buy the owner there have been zero theft incidences here and you can see why once you look around at all the surveillance and electronic safety devices all over the facility. Possibly one of the best things about this place is how easy they make it to pay for your storage. You can even get a discount from cost averaging by paying in advance for time you plan to leave your things here.
