History

Established in 1981.

In 1981 I was working as an investment secretary which required a California Real Estate Salesperson License and a California Notary Commission. In 1982 I began my mortgage loan processing career working with retail and wholesale lenders where I was able to utilize my notary commission to assist customers with their after hour signing for loan documents. 1998 I became self employed as a contract loan processor and in 2009 I left the mortgage industry to devote full time to expand my mobile notary signing buisness, Carlson Mobile Notary.

I bring a strong and sound background in the real estate industry to my business. I began my career in 1981 as a receptionist with a local title company, moving to an investment secretary supporting investors in purchasing trust deeds, into the mortgage field rising through the ranks beginning with Jr. Loan Processor to Supervisor of 2^nd Trust Deed Dept. and finally as a real estate salesperson. I have a proven ability to organize all aspects of a mortgage loan transaction with a high degree of efficiency, a willingness to exercise leadership and produce results quickly, effective communication, including listening and ability to develop rapport. I am adept in assessing client needs and solving problems as they arise. My experience and training enables me to explain the document being executed allowing the signor confidence to refer my mobile notary services to friends and colleagues. I am a member of National Notary Association, 123 Notary, Notary Café, OUSD, and GSA.
