Tried emailing this company last week and still not response, tried calling and every single option is «sorry the mailbox you reached is currently full and cannot accept calls goodbye» how do you expect to get any business if you cant call or get an email response from someone looking to purchase product? either this company doesnt want to do business over the internet or phone or they are out of business.

Purchased 2 refurb ADP 6350s for 2 back up F&I offices at 2 different locations. One had a paper jam error after each print but we did not find out til just after the warranty expired. I had to fight to get them to agree to let ME pay Them to fix it. They sent it back after $ 500 repair and it still has the same problem. Customer service would rather explain why they are not wrong then work with you to make things right

Received wrong part, ordered $ 150 worth laptop case, paid with CC, received a $ 30 laptop memory cover. Returned using their return label, couldn’t get my refund since CC information was stolen a day after my order and CC number was changed by company.
Save your money save your time save your CC information, don’t buy from these people.

Recently, someone stole my credit card information and tried to place an order with Code Micro and other retailers. While the other retailers were quick to ship the «stolen» goods to some address in Ohio, the employees at Code Micro caught onto the scam and immediately called me to alert me of the situation. The attentiveness of this employee saved me time and money, since I was able to cancel my card right away. Next time I need computer parts, I know where I’m shopping.
